Cue Card 1: A journey you took by public transport
Describe a journey you took on public transport.
Today I will talk about a memorable trip to Da Lat, known as the "City of Spring", Da Lat is
famous for its mild climate, beautiful natural scenery and European-style architecture. A trip to
Da Lat is not just a city tour — it is a memorable experience for me, I went with my family by
bus, my family rented a car and went there together, when I was 17, That made me very excited.
My family had a 5-day trip, in Da Lat, I experienced 3 seasons in 1 day. Da Lat is famous for its
flowers and some famous places like Da Lat night market, they sell a lot of food, fruits,
especially strawberries. This is my longest trip, so I am very happy.
Cue Card 2: A vehicle you would like to own
.I really want to have a car in the future, I have dreamed of having a Mercedes-Benz. But maybe,
now I still can't do it. I think, I must have it to be able to go to work or go out. Because when I
go by car, I feel safer than any other means of transport. On cold or hot days, they can help me a
lot.
Cue Card 3: A time you were late because of transport problems
Once, I missed the bus and was late for class. That made me panic and upset. Because I was 30
minutes late for class, this affected my study results. Luckily, I texted my teacher to ask for
permission for this incident. Since then, I have tried to arrange my time properly so that I am
never late again.
