“Time is free, but it is priceless. You can't own it, but you can
use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it.”

One of the three things in life that is lost and will never come back
is “time”.Indeed,time is a mystery. We can feel is passing, but we
cannot hold it back. Therefore,we need to know how to manage time avoid waste and regret.
Time is a wonderful gift of creation, no one can keep time. Time
has taken away from us countless things from our youth, our youth,
our happiest days, our best memories, our loved ones, the things we
once cherished the most, that is cruelty, is the inevitable law of time,
who can resist here.Time also gives us many useful things, time to
let us forget everything, heal all heart wounds no matter how painful
it was. Hello, precious medicine is time, people realize many truths,
many lessons from which they awaken to appreciate the values that
exist beside them such as friendship, love, friendship and more.
Moreover, I value my own life more….. 2. INTRODUCTION
We can see that time is priceless, a gift from God, which once
passed, only memories remain. That's why we need to know how to
cherish and protect time. The skill “Time management” was also
voted as one of the ten skills needed in the 4.0 era.That way we can partly imagine its importance.
In business: Time management is a decisive factor, a must-have
improve performance and improve business efficiency. Each
member, if they know how to manage their own time, will improve
their performance. Work progress, improve work more every day.
Time management sounds a bit abstract and difficult, but through
this report, we hope that we can do it. Because time management helps us a lot in life…. 3. LITERATURE 3.1. Definition 3.1.1. What is time?
We all have the same amount of time, 60 seconds a minute, 60
minutes an hour, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The concept of
time is very diverse and abstract. But to understand it briefly and
completely. We can imagine that time is the measure of all changes.
That means time has no beginning. There is no end
3.1.2. What is time management ?
Time management is the process of detailed planning, allocating
appropriate time to step by step complete the previously set goals.
Because time always passes and never comeback, we need it. Know
how to manage your time effectively. The effectiveness of time
management skills is limitless,helping us to live with less and more success step by step.
Time management is not only about managing time, but also
managing yourself in relation to time. It’s about setting your own
priorities and taking responsibility for how you spend your time. It’s
mean that we know how to get rid of bad habits that take time to
apply effective methods of using time
3.1.3. Time management process:
List and sort by EISENHOWER . matrix
Level 1: Important, Urgent: (15-20%)
Unforeseen occurrence: illness, emergency meeting, work email
Due to the deadline delay: report, check…
Level 2: Important but not urgent: (60-65%)
To be an effective time manager, we need to pay attention to this
box. Although the jobs at this level are not urgent, they will
accumulate for us to be successful as expected.
If you are working at this level and a level 1 job occurs, complete
the other tasks first and come back to complete these tasks later.
Level 3: Not important, urgent: (10-15%)
These jobs appear suddenly, making you difficult to control and
uncertain. Learn to decline tactfully and politely
Level 4: Neither important nor urgent: (<5%)
This box includes jobs that do not bring you any benefit but
consume a lot of time. Limit should be minimized and only spend 5% of time in this box
- Estimate the time it takes to complete the job
- Detailed planning for each job
+ Avoid duplicated arrangements or between two jobs there is too
much free time that makes you easy to lazy label for the next job
- Follow-up with the pre-determined plan.
