The most popular festival in Vietnam is Tết, the Lunar New Year, which usually takes place in late January or early February. During Tết, people clean and decorate their houses, prepare traditional foods, visit relatives, and give lucky money to children. Many also go to temples to pray for a good year. I have also joined Halloween celebrations at school, which was fun because of costumes and decorations. Festivals are important because they preserve cultural traditions, connect different generations, and give people time to relax and enjoy life.

Tôi thích tham dự các lễ hội vì chúng sôi động, đầy màu sắc và gắn kết mọi người lại với nhau. Lễ hội phổ biến nhất ở Việt Nam là Tết, thường diễn ra vào cuối tháng 1 hoặc đầu tháng 2. Trong dịp Tết, mọi người thường dọn dẹp và trang trí nhà cửa, chuẩn bị các món ăn truyền thống, thăm hỏi họ hàng và lì xì cho trẻ em. Nhiều người cũng đến chùa để cầu mong một năm mới tốt lành. Tôi cũng đã tham gia lễ hội Halloween ở trường, rất vui vì có trang phục và đồ trang trí. Lễ hội rất quan trọng vì chúng lưu giữ các truyền thống văn hóa, thắt chặt tình cảm gia đình và cho mọi người thời gian để thư giãn và tận hưởng cuộc sống.

My favourite water sport is swimming because it is both fun and healthy. it reduces stress, and it gives me a sense of freedom when I move the water.

After swimming, I feel relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy. Swimming is also a great way to stay fit and enjoy time with friends or family near water.

I believe that education is very important for both boys and girls because knowledge and skills help everyone succeed in life. Today, education priorities are different from the past because modern schools focus on critical thinking, creativity, and technology instead of memorizing facts. Students are encouraged to explore their interests, solve problems independently, and develop soft skills. Personally, I think education is importance because it opens doors to opportunities, improves quality of life, and helps people contribute positively to society. For me, education is a tool to achieve my career goals and grow as a person.

Tôi tin rằng giáo dục rất quan trọng đối với cả nam và nữ, bởi kiến ​​thức và kỹ năng giúp mọi người thành công trong cuộc sống. Ngày nay, các ưu tiên giáo dục đã khác so với trước đây, bởi vì trường học hiện đại tập trung vào tư duy phản biện, sáng tạo và công nghệ thay vì học thuộc lòng. My name is Hương Lý, which means “fragrance” in Vietnamese. My parents chose this name because they wanted me to bring positivity and joy to those around me. In Vietnam, names are very meaningful, and parents often choose names that reflect good qualities such as happiness, intelligence, or kindness. Middle names are also important because it is indicate gender. There is also a famous Vietnamese author with a similar name, which makes me feel even more connected to my culture. I am proud of my name because it is easy to pronounce, unique, and connected to my family. I would never change it because it represents my parents’ love and my identity, which is more important than choosing a new name.

I would like to meet her because I really enjoy her music and I find her personality very inspiring. Talking to her would be amazing, as I could learn more about her creative process, her journey in the music industry, and how she stays motivated to produce such meaningful songs for her fans.

Một người nổi tiếng mà tôi muốn gặp là Bích Phương, một ca sĩ Việt Nam được yêu thích. Cô ấy nổi tiếng với giọng hát tuyệt vời và những ca khúc nhạc pop giàu cảm xúc, được nhiều bạn trẻ yêu thích. Another reason is the busy lifestyle, which leaves little time for learning or practicing traditional arts and rituals. To solve this, schools and communities can organize cultural programs such as folk music, dance, and storytelling workshops. Families can also encourage children to learn traditional skills and participate in cultural events. By combining education and family guidance, cultural heritage can be preserved, helping future generations understand and appreciate their identity.

Nhiều nền văn hóa truyền thống đang dần mai một do cuộc sống hiện đại. Một lý do là toàn cầu hóa, du nhập các nền văn hóa nước ngoài, ảnh hưởng đến giới trẻ và khiến họ quên đi phong tục tập quán của mình. Một lý do khác là lối sống bận rộn, khiến họ ít có thời gian để học hỏi hoặc thực hành các nghệ thuật và nghi lễ truyền thống. Therefore, although entertainment has become more emphasized, the real meaning of festivals is not completely lost. Educating young people about traditions and values can help balance fun with understanding the cultural or spiritual significance of festivals.

A skill I want to learn is playing the guitar. I want to master it because I love music and want to play my favorite songs by myself. To learn this skill, I need a good guitar, online tutorials or lessons from a teacher, and regular practice every day. I also need patience and focus because learning chords and finger techniques takes time. I feel excited and motivated whenever I start practicing. Learning the guitar would give me a sense of achievement and joy, and it would also help me relax and express my emotions creatively through music.
