PR765, which we agreed on this morning.
At the end of the meeting last week when we discussed your order, I
confirmed that we will deliver the goods to you at Unit 14 Felton Business
Park, Cross Street, Edinburgh on the first Monday of next month at a price of
€230 per unit. As you were notified before about this discount, only 8
percent on orders over 80 units were in usable condition providing you pay
for goods on time. And we also confirm that the delivery sent business terms
and conditions will be on 5th May.
Payment terms are €21160 for all bills, 30 days after the date of the invoice
and we will enclose full terms and conditions for your records.
We appreciate your cooperation and very much look forward to working

I chose this tablet to watch films when traveling because the reviews around
me were positive and said it performed as well as more expensive ones. So, I
decided to buy it because my colleague had one. I also have read a lot of
reviews on the Internet first and I noticed that it has many good points. This
tablet has a very good price as I mentioned above - 25% cheaper than other
brands. I was impressed by its user-friendly which helps me feel easy to use.
In addition, I particularly like the fact that it has clear graphics and a good-
sized screen so it's portable.
However, there are some problems. The main downside is that I can't enjoy
all films comfortably due to the volume is not very loud - hard to hear, even
with headphones. Another problem is that the battery life is very poor so I

can’t use it very long outside. Besides, the screen was always dirty, which
was annoying.
In conclusion, I think I will buy a more expensive one next time, and I can
only give this tablet three stars.

The director asked me to write this report to try to improve the soft skills of
members of the company. Next three months, a contract with a Brazilian
company will start but we have an issue with communication. This report
looks at problems and aims to analyze why it is a drawback that affects our
company's development. Finally, it will make some recommendations
One of the key problems is that the Media Sales BR's technical team doesn’t
speak English at all, though their sales team members are fluent. In the
meanwhile, nobody in my team can speak Portuguese and only 70 percent
of my overseas sales staff are fluent in English. It was found that the staff did
not prepare and improve basic soft skills well because they had no
opportunity to train and practice in public speaking and overseas
environments regularly. It seems that many of our staff can't communicate
with them, so we have many troubles in work progress.

It is therefore recommended that we organize a training foreign language
course, especially English for all staff in the company, three sessions per
week in effective conversation and other soft skills for three months. The
manager should have morning meetings to explain extra cultural
