In the process of interacting with students, Quyen noticed that one of their weaknesses is limited foreign language ability. However, with the current traditional way of teaching and learning, students have little time to practice. Faced with this situation, Dinh Minh Quyen has cherished building a chain of cafes dedicated to the English-speaking community. So, in June 2018, Quyen's brainchild named Talks Cafe was officially born.
