Subject: Informatione about scholarship for the language courses
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to ask for further information about your study program introduced at the
Education Fair in Ho Chi Minh city. I am especially impressed by your full scholarship
programs. I am 19 and I study at Vietnam Aviation Academy and my major is business
administration. I had a good academic record in high school, and I have a solid
foundation of Chinese knowledge, but I need to improve my listening and speaking. I am
currently reading the standard course HSK 4. I do not often participate in voluntary
activities. I have finished my personal statement and had a letter of recommendation.
I have taken a look at your website, but I can not find out the
information about the scholarship for the language courses. I would be
grateful if you could provide me with detailed information and clear up
my queries. Whether or not I can have a part-time job while studying. If
I am awarded a scholarship, how do I receive the grants? How long will
I be able to stay in China after I finish my course? And I would like to
ask for information about accommodation. If possible, I would like to
stay in a dormitory of Chinese students to facilitate communication in
Chinese.
I look forward to receiving the information.
Yours sincerely,
Hoai An
