My ID student is 25213202889. Today I’m so happy because I have an
opportunity to talk to you about an interesting topic: Advantages of living in big
city. My presentation is mainly about 3 main points. The first point is about
rationale, the second and third parts are some advantages and examples
respectively, I will combine 2 points together. This topic is also mentioned by
many people because of their needs, they want to know more about the city life.
Nowadays, more and more people choose to live in the city. Living in big cities
offers many advantages over living in a town or village such as convenience, good
healthcare system, educational environment as well, entertainment, and career
development. Firstly, living in big cities is very convenient. There are many useful
stores, supermarkets, banks where people can easily buy every thing they need
without going to the city center.
Secondly, big cities have a good healthcare system. When you have an emergency
disease, you can easily find any hospital near the place you live and it will take a short time to get there.
After that, the educational environment here is well. There are a lot of famous
schools and universities for you to learn. I believe that growing up in big cities
gives more opportunities for children to develop many soft skills, physical mentality, etc.
Next, the big cities can also offer a variety of entertainment range from cinemas,
theatres, concerts, and clubs to enjoy. Moreover, in the city children can attend
cultural events every weekend, or even more often. This is also an important point
for their self-confidence. Finally, let me talk about career development. A big city
has a lot of companies, corporations, and businesses. They bring a lot of
opportunities to find a good job with a high salary. A better working environment
will support your promotion, help to improve your knowledge, and develop career.
