There are a lot of things that can make the staff unhappy and feel under pressure
at work .For example, having too much to do, not feeling in control and also not

It might be a good idea for all staff members to join in anti-stress training on
weekends. All staff will go on this course together, to allow employees to discuss
the things that cause stress. This will also be a good opportunity for team building
to improve colleague relationships..Or we could hire more staff to decrease their
workload. And we should organize outdoor activities like barbecue parties, …..
That helps staff deal with the stress.
I have another idea. Why don’t we encourage staff to work hard by increasing their salary?
