HUE CITY CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
I. General introduction:
According to Decision No. 1616 / QD-UBND dated 09/09/2010 of Thua
Thien Hue Province People's Committee, Hue City Center for International
Cooperation was established under the direct management and guidance of Hue City People's Committee.

II. Organizational structure:
1. Board of Directors: 1 Director and 2 Deputy Directors

III. Functions and duties: 1. Functions:
Hue City Center for International Cooperation is a public service delivery
unit that advises and assists the Hue City People's Committee in performing the
state management of the city's foreign affairs and public services under the
jurisdiction of the city. The center also carries out other duties which are
delegated and authorized by Thua Thien Hue Province People's Committee and
Hue City People's Committee and other tasks that comply with the law. 2. Duties:
• Organizing foreign activities which are related to diplomatic missions in
service of economic development and are assigned by the Hue City People's Committee.
• Contributing to enhancing the mutually beneficial cooperation between
Hue City and foreign cities/organizations.
• Maximizing the advantages which are available in Hue's foreign
relations in order to be a focal point for the provision of information and
services to domestic and foreign businesses and other interested parties.
• Organizing foreign services and services which are related to the
activities of foreign organizations in Vietnam as well as Vietnamese
organizations operating in relation to foreign factors.
