SAP Functional Consultant Requirements: Education  Minimum of Bachelor Degree
Communication and Team work 
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Spoken and written) 
Able to drive a client engagement in project and presales environment o
Projects – Using SAP Best Practices able to drive blueprint workshops with business users o
Presales – Able to translate features and functions to business value for prospects 
Able to work in a multi-cultural environment Industry Knowledge 
Have experience in at least two of industry: Retail (Grocery, Electronic, F&B / Hospitality,
Fashion), Wholesale or Trading, Garment, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Construction, Mill Industry, other.
SAP Qualification and Requirement o
Minimum of 3 years as a SAP Functional Consultant o
Involved in at least 2 full cycle projects o
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori Implementation o
Strong working knowledge in respective module o
Deliver Business Blueprint sessions and documentation, Configuration, Functional
specifications, unit test scripts, Integration test scripts as per the business requirement o
Working knowledge of integration with other SAP Modules o
Collaborate closely with Developers, writing Functional Specs and testing Forms Reports,
interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflows o
Good understanding in providing requirement for integrating with external software. o
Developed Key User Training Documentation o
Provided quality deliverables within designated project timelines. o Experience in Data Migration o
Ability to Outstanding functional knowledge and gap analysis experience; detailed
understanding of business operations to ensure the best solutions are provided to our custom o
Conduct SAP Training with SAP Education official documents o
Able to support helpdesk ticket o
3+ years of presales experience o
3 + years of solution specialist o
Demonstrates 5+ successful engagements o
Expert knowledge/expertise on end to end processes/solution matching o
Experience in sales and sales processes o
Excellent presentation and communication skills English: proficient o
Proficient in English and Vietnamese Benefit 
