remember the anniversary of Hung kings on March 10". Every year on the
10th day of the 3rd lunar month, people always comeback to Phu Tho
province - the land of the Hung kings to worship and pay their respect to the
Hung kings, who are the traditional founders and first emperors of the nation.
Unfortunately, due to the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic,
so many festivals have been postponed, including the Hung kings' temple
festival. Are you upset when we can not come to Phu Tho province to visit

For thousands of years, Vietnamese people have always been respected and
known for their gratitude to their roots and their solidarity. Therefore, Hung
Temple Festival is held annually from the 8 to the 11th of the third lunar

month to honor the Hung Kings. Legend has it that Lower Pagoda is the root of
Vietnamese people. So for now, let’s find out more about this temple.
The girl : This is a picture of the Hạ temple that we have collected, look how
gorgeous it is!
After passing through the Dai Mon gate and through 225 stone steps, we can
admire the peaceful and simple sight of Ha temple among thousands of majestic
mountains. And located in the complexes and historical site of Hung Temple, Ha
Temple was built based on the old foundation around the 17 -18 centuries and the

letter " "(two) structure. In particular, it consists of Tien Bai and the harem , each
court has 3 spaces and they are 1.5m apart of each other. The architecture of the
Lower Temple is simple, the back roof longer than the previous roof. We can see
that the roof is flat and not decorated, built with pig's nose-shaped tiles.

Legend has it that thousands of years ago, Mother Au Co gave birth to a bag with
hundreds of eggs here and the Vietnamese also originated from here. Behind the
temple is a relic of the Dragon Eye well - where mother Au Co hatched her eggs.
Later, 100 baby boys born, after 50 children followed Lac Long Quan to the sea, 49
followed their mother to the mountains, the eldest sons stayed, then he became the
king, took the name Hung Vuong, and built the country.
