1. How long do you spend looking at your cell phone everyday? Are you worried this will affect your health?
=> Well, I usually look at my cell phone for 5 or 6 hours a day. Even all day if that day I don’t have anything to do. Athough sometimes I am also worried this will affect to my health, I still do it unconsciously.
2.What other kind of health problems are increasing as a result of modern technology?
=> I think one of the growing problems resulting from the use of modern technology is that people spend too much time with these devices, leading to a lack of focus on tasks, as well as causing stress and insomnia.
3.What do you do to stay health?
=> Personally, I often take many steps to maintain my health, especially drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep.
1.How important is it to follow the advice in the infographic?
=> I think following the advice in the infographic is important because it will help us protect ourselves and those around us.
2.What should governments do to prevent the spead of diseases?
=> Governments should fund strong healthcare and early warning systems to catch outbreaks quickly. They must also promote vaccinations and clear safety rules to protect the public.
3.Should medicine to prevent diseases be given free to those who need it? Why/why not?
=> Yes, preventive medicine should be free because it protects everyone's health. It helps poor people get the care they need to stay safe. Also, it is cheaper for a country to prevent diseases than to treat sick people.
