PERSONAL STATEMENT I. OPENING Greetings, Who am I?
I’m Nguyễn Hoàng Danh (aka Robin) , 21 years
old, and I live in Nha Trang.Currently enrolled at
Nha Trang University. As a dreamer and a music
enthusiast. I believe in the power of music to
inspire and the magic of dreams to transform
reality. Life's simple pleasures, like the resonance
of a well-played melody or the pursuit of
imaginative aspirations, are what define my journey. Why im writing this?
Through this personal statement, I hope to provide
insights into who I am, what I have accomplished,
and how I envision my future of hospitality industry.
I aim to demonstrate not only my qualifications but
also my alignment with the core principles and
objectives of the organization. It is my aspiration
that this statement will serve as a stepping stone
towards a fruitful partnership and a shared journey of growth and success. II. SWOT
With the information about myself that I mentioned
above, perhaps it is still not enough to exploit my
full potential as well as expand recruitment
opportunities at international businesses.
Therefore, exploring more deeply about my
aspects is necessary for corporate recruiters to
have a more detailed view of me and meet their
recruitment needs. So in this section I’d like to
analyze my swot through the model below: 1. Strength
• Resilience: can be considered a strength
when i can demonstrate ability to adapt to
change and overcome adversity. This
adaptability can be a valuable strength in
personal or professional contexts.
• Emotional Control: Strong emotional control
is a significant strength that allow me to
manage stress effectively and remain
composed in challenging situations,I can make
choices based on facts, logic, and reason,
rather than letting my emotions take the wheel.
• Confident: It helps me communicate
effectively, take calculated risks, bounce back
from setbacks. It can serve as a valuable asset
in personal and professional development
when balanced with self-awareness and humility. 2. Weakness
• Procrastination:I have recognized that I
occasionally struggle with procrastination.
However, I've also come to understand that
this trait has pushed me to develop better
time management skills and a deeper
appreciation for the importance of planning.
By acknowledging this weakness, I will turn
it into an opportunity for personal growth,
learning to be organized in my approach to tasks.
• Impatience:In the realm of personal and
professional development, I've often been
driven by a strong sense of impatience. I
tend to have a sense of urgency in achieving
my goals and objectives. I'm not content with
complacency or waiting for things to happen
so that made me hasty and easily leads me to mistakes. 3. Oppurtunities:
• Internships at 4 stars hotels: Interning in
the High Quality program will also give me
more incentives than being able to intern at
famous international hotels or resorts.
Interning at those places will also help me
improve my thinking and skills personal development path 4. Threats:
• Competition: Increased competition in the
hospitality sector can lead to challenges in
job retention and career advancement. I may
need to continuously update your skills to stay competitive.
III.PERSONAL SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS 1. PERSONAL SKILLS
Personal skills are the building blocks of our
capabilities, the tools we use to navigate life's
challenges, and the driving force behind our achievements.
• Sporty: I really enjoy playing sports so much
being a sporty person isn't just a hobby; it's
an integral part of who I am, shaping my
character, instilling discipline, and providing
endless moments of joy and growth.
• Musical Proficiency: I'm an addict to music
which lead me to have passion on playing
musical instrument such as guitar also i
could sing. With my ability i believe
entertaiment in workplace can make
everything much more pleasant.
• Communication: communication skills are
the cornerstone of my ability to connect with
others, influence outcomes, and navigate
the complexities of life. Whether in personal
relationships, professional endeavors, or the
broader world, honing these skills can
significantly enhance myself and career growth. 2. ACHIVEMENTS
In terms of achievements, I don't have much
myself, but I did have an internship
at NOVOTEL (May-July/2023) and I have also
been working as a collaborator of a scientific research article.

Housekeeping Trainee: 5/2023-7/2023
-Practising set-up rooms for guest
-Perfoming a variety of Housekeeping services
-Sanitizing a according resort’s standard (LQA)
-Learning how to handle guests complaints 2. Future Plan
In the future, my career aspiration is to work in
captivating world of the hotel industry. I am
deeply to pursuing a path that not only aligns
with my passion for hospitality but also allows
me to make a meaningful impact on the
experiences of guests and the success of the establishments I serve.
In the short term, I aim to gain valuable
experience and expertise by working in various
departments within a hotel, such as front office,
food and beverage, and guest services. This
hands-on experience will provide me with a
comprehensive understanding of the industry and its nuances.
As I progress in my career, I plan to assume
roles of increasing responsibility and leadership
within the hotel. My goal is to contribute to the
growth and reputation of the hotel, whether
through enhancing guest services, optimizing
operational efficiency, or implementing sustainable practices.
Looking further into the future, I envision myself
in a management or leadership position, where I
can utilize my experience and expertise to
inspire and guide a team towards shared
success. Additionally, I am keen on exploring
opportunities in hotel management and
ownership, with the ultimate dream of
establishing my own hotel,restaurant or coffee
shop that exemplifies the epitome of guest satisfaction. IV.CLOSING
In closing, my journey in the hospitality industry
begins with a passion for service, a love for
music, and a commitment to excellence. I am
eager to bring my sporty spirit, musical
proficiency, and strong communication skills to
this dynamic and captivating field. My
experiences, including my internship at
NOVOTEL Nha Trang, have prepared me for the
