I. Đại từ nhân xưng
- Các đại từ này đóng vai trò làm chủ ngữ, dung để xưng hô, bao gồm: I, you, we, they, he, she, it
II. Đại từ tân ngữ
Đại từ tân ngữ&(hay Object Pronoun) là các đại từ&được sử dụng để thay thế cho người hoặc vật bị
tác động bởi hành động, nhằm mục đích tránh lặp lại danh từ đã được đề cập trước đó và giúp câu
văn ngắn gọn hơn

II. Đại từ sở hữu
- Đại từ sở hữu (Possessive Pronoun) được sử dụng để chỉ sự sở hữu, quan hệ sở hữu hoặc mối
quan hệ giữa một người/vật với đối tượng khác, mang nghĩa “của …”
- Đại từ sở hữu thường được dùng thay thế danh từ hoặc cụm danh từ đã được nhắc đến trước đó
trong câu nhằm tránh lặp từ giữa các câu.
Eg: Can I borrow your phone to text my mom? I forgot&mine&at home!&(Tôi có thể mượn điện thoại
của bạn để nhắn tin cho mẹ tôi được không? Tôi để quên sách của tôi ở nhà rồi!) → Giải thích:
Trong ví dụ này, đại từ sở hữu “mine” thể hiện sự sở hữu của chủ thể “I”, thay thế cho “my
phone”.

sở hữu hoặc bị sở hữu bởi người khác, thường đứng trước danh từ để diễn đạt rằng danh từ đó
thuộc về một đối tượng nào đó
