To be successful as a Barista, you must ensure that you provide your customers
with impeccable service. You must be positive, friendly, understanding and polite.
Here are the responsibilities of a Barista:
Welcome customers enthusiastically, introduce new products to customers.
Answer customer questions about products.
Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the recipe.
Checking goods, making import receipts.
Quality assurance of raw materials.
Inventory of raw materials, handling of damaged materials such as fruit,
expired milk,...
Receive order.
Make water dishes as requested by guests
Quality assurance: Color, taste, decoration of water dishes before serving
customers.
Responsible for preparing drinks
Clean tools during and after use.
Clean and organize the work area
Always keep the work area clean.
Cleaning cabinets, shelves, dispensing tools.
Arrange tools neatly and in the right place.
Cleaning refrigerators and freezers. Arrange the ingredients neatly.
Accept other tasks as assigned by the manager
Coordinate with other departments to improve service.
Check the equipment in the work area. Report when maintenance is needed.
Report work to manager
Coordinating drinks menu ideas.
Actively participate in training courses to improve skills and knowledge.
Proactively propose ideas to improve service quality and improve
preparation techniques.
Coordinate with service staff, management to handle when guests request to

Ensure that ingredients are
stored at the right temperature
and in the right environment.
Wash dispensing utensils at the
end of the shift and store them in
the appropriate locations.
When detecting chipping,
