A. Warm up (8 minutes)
Sing and dance “The Wheels On The Bus” song

the game.
a. Objectives: Students can sing and dance “The Wheels On The Bus” song.
b. Content: Singing The Wheels On The Bus” song.
c. Expected outcomes and assessment:
- Task completed with excellence: Students can sing The Wheels On The Bus” song correctly and
beautifully.
- Task completed: Students can sing The Wheels On The Bus” song correctly.
- Task uncompleted: Students can sing “The Wheels On The Bus” song but with some difficulties.

Option 1: Hangman” game
- Split the class into four teams.
- Draw the hangman board and draw blank spaces for the
word the teacher wants them to guess. (E.g., _ _ __ _ -jacket)
- Have each team guess a letter. If they guess it correctly
then they get one point for each letter in the word. If they get
it wrong then draw a head, body, 2 legs and 2 arms. When
the teacher draws all the parts of body the game is over and
the teacher starts a new game. The winner is the one with
the most points at the end of the last puzzle.
- Sing and dance “The Wheels On
The Bus” song together.
- Follow and do as guided.
- Join the game.

Option 2: Throw the dices” game
- Put children in pairs. Each pair has a die with the numbers

- Have a student stand facing away from the board and
stick a flashcard on the board behind them.
- Have the student try to guess the answer without looking

can." or "No, I can't."
- Give that team one point if it's a correct guess.
- Have teams take turns.
Musical chairs game
- Prepare some pictures/flashcards on the board.
- Have students sit on their seats.
- Play music and ask them to move around.
- Take away two chairs and suddenly stop music.
- Have students sit on any chairs. The two students who
have no chairs to sit on will ask questions and answer.
E.g.
• Student A points at one picture and asks: Can you see a
(plane)?
• Student B: Yes, I can.

4. Consolidation and homework assignment (11 minutes)
