i am writting this email to express my disatisfaction with the recent changes of the
new rule and also the fees for those whose are late returning the books.As far as i
am concerned,it is unacceptable for us as a member of library.
Firstly,we can only borrow 2 book rather than 4 book before this.This make me
miserable cause i always use many books for my research project.
Second the increase in charge for book that are overdue is very highly.i was very
disappointed reading the new notice about this changes.i suggest you looking at the
increase in charges so it is more reasonable to everyone and the quantity of the
books.
i look forward to hear back from you on if my recommendations are acceptable.if
not,i will look for other library.

To improve the telephone network, we will be installing a new telecoms tower on
Monday next week. It will take approximately 8 hours to install. For this reason, all
telephone services (both mobile and land lines) and all internet services will be

hope it will bring a better service.
