This essay examines three types of teachers, such as the authoritarian teacher, the student-centered teacher, and the innovative teacher- by analyzing how each approaches classroom instruction.

The first type is the authoritarian teacher who fucuses on discipline, clear rules, and high academic standards. In this classroom, lessons are usually teacher-centered, with a lot of lectures, memorization, and exams. Students are expected to follow rules strictly so that the class stays organized and efficient. Although this teaching style may reduce creativity, it is effective for covering the syllabus and helping students become more disciplined, especially in exam-focused schools.

In contrast, the student-centered teacher puts student’s needs and interests first. Instead of controlling the lesson, this teacher guides students and encourages them to take part in learning. Activities such as group work, discussions, and open questions are often used to help students comprehend lessons better. This style helps students feel more confident and motivated because they are respected and involved in class.

The third type is the innovative teacher who uses technology and creative methods in teaching. These teachers often use videos, digital tools, and real-life experiences to make lessons more interesting and meaningful. This approach increases student’s interest and helps them develop important skills like problem-solving and critical thinking. However, it works better when students have enough resources and can study indenpently.
