1. Your group is going to take part in the Public Speaking Contest 'A famous
person you admire' organised by your school. Nhóm c ủa bạn sẽ tham gia vào
Cuộc thi nói "M ột ngư ời nổi tiếng mà bạn ngưỡng mộ" của trường tổ chức.
Assign the task to each group member: choosing a famous person, creating his/her profile, and
giving a presentation about this person. Giao nhiệm vụ cho từng thành viên nhóm: chọn một người
nổi tiếng, tạo / hồ sơ của người đó, và đưa ra một bài thuyết trình về người này. Gợi ý:
Bill Gates is a technologist, business leader, and philanthropist.
- Where and When was he born: 28/10/1955 in Medina, Washington, America
- Where did he grow up: Seattle, Washington, - What is he/she famous for:
+ Kindness, intelligence and success
+ the co-founder of Microsoft Corporation
+ Since 1987, he has been included in the Forbes list of the world's wealthiest people
- Some interesting facts bought him/her:
Gates wrote his first computer program on a General Electric computer when he was a teenager.
He dropped out of college to start Microsoft with his childhood friend Paul Allen.
