A. Warm up (5 minutes) 
Select one of the two activities to do a warm-up activity.

Option 1: "Flashcard walk" game   
- Divide the class into four teams. 
- Be ready to join the game to 
- Place flashcards (count numbers, draw pictures, spell words,  practice listening.  sing songs) on the floor.   
- Have students from each team come up the front.   
- Play some music and have the students walk around the  flashcards.

- Have the students pick up the correct flashcard then run to the 
board and write down (E.g., I can (draw pictures).). 
- Give the first team to pick up the flashcard and write the 
correct sentence one point. The team that gets the most points  wins. 
Option 2: “Train race " game   
- Divide the class into 4 teams and ask the students to stand in   
4 lines, about 1 meter away from the board.  - Follow T’s instructions.
