vegetables, both contain high nutritional content and are high in fiber, low in fat and low in
calories, which is good for heart health. Plus, they have antioxidants, which help protect your
cells from damage that can lead to diabetes and heart disease. What’s more, keep your mind at
ease by taking care of your mental health with positive activities. A relaxed mind will help us
keep our hearts healthy and have more motivation to take care of our own health. Thereby,
reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. To conclude, taking care of well - being is a
significant thing not only for the elderly but also for the young. We all need to have a good plan
to exercise and keep our hearts healthy.
