The first thing that I wanna mention is about …….Cutting- edge
facilities => be equipped with.. air conditioners, projectors, ………
High-qualified/ knowledgeable teachers => Friends - approachable

humorous=> a good sense of humor / warm-hearted =>
be willing to help – face some problems
=> tell me some hilarious stories which makes me laugh a lot (crack sb up)

warm-hearted (a) => help me solve my problems quickly
