Thank you for your letter regarding your complaint.
As the manager of Customer Services We are sincerely appologise for the flight
AN456 from London to New York did not meet your expectations. Having read your
letter, I am appalled by the treatment you experienced. This does not reflect the high
standards we hold here. Your complaint has inspired us to re-train the staffs. Now, all
employees have been reminded that the appropriate procedure in this situation.
Please accept our most sincere apologies. Given the unfortunate experience you had
here at the flight, we would like to extend to you this $200 voucher and present 1
business class ticket for the next flight with us.
We assure you that this issue will not happen again. We would like to thank you for
your support
