MÔ TẢ: AmSolv® 9350 là một chế phẩm đậm đặc 3 chức năng có tính chất kiềm. Nó được sử

và hệ thống nước nóng.
ƯU ĐIỂM: AmSolv® 9350 là một sản phẩm tối ưu cho việc làm sạch “online” và tẩy sạch hệ
thống mới lắp đặt, nó có khả năng hòa tan, làm phân tán các chất dầu, mỡ, cáu cặn, rỉ sắt, bùn bám
và các chất hữu cơ bám trong hệ thống đường ống mới và cũ. AmSolv® 9350 là chế phẩm không
ăn mòn được sử dụng để thụ động hóa bề mặt, tạo ra một lớp màng bảo vệ giúp cho hệ thống không
bị hiện tượng ăn mòn. Trong những hệ thống cũ và hệ thống bị cáu cặn nhiều gây tắc nghẽn thì thời
gian tẩy sạch có thể mất hàng tuần đối với hệ thống kín và hàng tháng đối với hệ thống hở. Chế
phẩm AmSolv® 9350 không chứa axit hay các kim loại nặng.
CÁC CHỈ DẪN: Liều lượng sử dụng AmSolv® 9350 cho các hệ thống cũ hay các hệ thống mới là
2,000 ppm so với tổng lượng nước trong hệ thống khi làm sạch “on-line”. Hệ thống hoạt động hoàn
toàn bình thường trong suốt quá trình làm sạch. Chúng ta cần phải kiểm tra thường xuyên hệ thống
nhằm theo dõi kết quả của quá trình tẩy sạch: Với hệ thống kín là mỗi tuần 1 lần. Tiến hành xả đáy
liên tục hệ thống khi nước đã đạt đến ngưỡng bão hòa các chất cáu cặn. Lặp lại quy trình tẩy cho
đến khi hệ thống hoàn toàn sạch.
Đối với hệ thống tuần hoàn hở “Cooling towers”: tiến hành xả đáy khi thấy nước trong hệ thống trở
lên bẩn, quá trình xả đáy có thể tiến hành sau một vài ngày kể từ khi đưa hóa chất vào hệ thống
tuần hoàn. Sau đó, cho thêm hóa chất với liều lượng phù hợp nhằm tẩy sạch hoàn toàn cáu cặn
trong hệ thống. Quá trình xả đáy và rửa bằng nước sạch để loại bỏ toàn bộ chất bùn bẩn và các tạp
chất là hoàn toàn cần thiết.
CHÚ Ý: Vì chứa kiềm nên gây đau mắt và rát da khi bị giây vào. Nếu bị bắn vào mắt thì cần phải
rửa thật nhiều bằng nước lã, làm theo chỉ dẫn của bác sỹ. Nếu bị bắn vào da, hãy cởi báo ra và tắm
ngay bằng nước ấm, nếu vẫn thấy bỏng rát thì phải gọi ngay cho bác sỹ. Nếu nuốt phải thì cần phải

Scale & Corrosion Remover, Dispersant and Inhibitor DESCRIPTION:
AmSolv® 9350 is a concentrated alkaline, triple purpose product. It gently and effectively removes, disperses and prevents accumulations
of scale, corrosion, and organic matter. It does this in a wide range of open and closed recirculating cooling and heating water systems. ADVANTAGES:
AmSolv® 9350 is the product of choice for “on line” and new installation clean up jobs. Properly applied and controlled, it will solubilize and
disperse oil, grease, mill scale, rust, mineral scale, mud and organics that foul new and old piping systems. AmSolv® 9350 is a noncorrosive
product that will passivate and protect system metals from corrosion. In old and heavily fouled systems, deposits are not removed so rapidly
that plugging occurs. In these systems clean up time can range from weeks for closed loop systems to several months for heavily scaled
cooling towers. AmSolv® 9350 contains no acids or heavy metals. DIRECTIONS:
AmSolv® 9350 is slug dosed to the fouled old or newly constructed system at 2 gallons per 1,000 gallons of system water (2,000 ppm) for
“on line” clean up jobs. Systems should be placed into normal operation or circulation for the cleanup period. Closed loop systems should be
checked weekly. Flush system with “on line” bleed when the water becomes saturated with contaminants. Repeat this procedure until system
water remains clean for one week of system operation with AmSolv® 9350 applied. Cooling towers should be drained and flushed after
recirculation as visual inspection dictates. Bleed should be reopened after the first few days of system recirculation. Thereafter, continuous
injection or regular slug additions must be made for as long as several months to clean scaled systems. Periodic flushing of the system to
remove sludge and loosened contamination will be necessary. WARNING:
Contains potassium hydroxide. Eye and skin irritant. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If eye contact occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes.
Get prompt medical attention. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing. Flush with warm water. If irritation persists, consult a
physician. Do not take internally. If swallowed, drink large quantities of water. Do not induce vomiting. Contact physician immediately. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
