WRITE A SHORT ONLINE REVIEW FOR A HOTEL (NEGATIVE)
Last holiday, I and my family had a bad experience at ABC hotel. ABC Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Phu Quoc. ABC has a luxurious design and a beautiful sea view. Therefore, this place attracts a large number of tourists to book rooms. When I entered the hotel lobby, I was amazed at the beauty of this place. However, the first dissatisfaction is the check-in time is too long, it took us more than 1 hour to check-in. Then the hotel gave us a welcome drink but it was really bad. We stayed in a twin room. Although the room was well-designed, the room was smaller than I imagined. This hotel also has massage services and soaks in mineral mud to purify the body the reason why we stayed at this hotel instead of another. At first, I thought the room rate included the spa service fee, but that's not the case. We have to pay for the services we use. So indeed, the price for that room is expensive. In return, the service attitude is very gentle and the breakfast buffet is delicious. But overall, my resort experience here is still bad. I definitely won't come here a second time. So, I will not recommend this hotel to everyone.
