Today I’m going to tell you about my dream job. It’s a marketer.
In this job, I’m responsible for positioning a company, promoting the product and
services that a company sells by applying some marketing methods to trigger
customers’ demand as well as convey the message of the product, the brand to the customers.
To be suitable for this job, I need a lot of well-trained courses in marketing such as:
Gg digital garage, DGT Marketing Pro DMI,… I also learn about graphic design to
help some marketing strategies. Personally, I need to have a strong personality
and even be a little bit crazy with some creativity to think of the most unique ideas for advertising.
I think all jobs also have difficulty and Marketing is no exception. In this job,
Iknowledge updates everyday so I must learn a lot of new things. If I don’t do it, I
will be eliminated. However, it has a lot of difficulties but I love this job very
much because it’s my dream and I feel happy when I do it
Do you think science subjects are more useful than arts subjects?
I think they are all useful because they are concerned with practical matters.
science subject helps practice logical thinking and solving problem while arts
subjects influence on human’s communication capacity and emotional index.
Are young people mature enough to choose what to study
themselves or should their parents decide for them?
Once a person reaches the age of sixteen or even eighteen, they are certainly mature enough to
know what they like and choose what they should study.Parents can give advice in this matter but it
is unacceptable to think that they force what young adults must do. This is old-fashioned thinking.
Young adults must make the decisions that shape their own lives.
In your country, does having a university education help you into a better career?
It certainly helps, because it does in many countries, but it is not essential. Most people want to
go to university because it can give them the qualifications to get a higher level of employment
but nowadays, many companies also focus on what you bring for their companies but not how

do you think older or younger worker are more motivated
Younger workers should be more motivated because everything in their job is new to them so it
is exciting with them and they have to build their career, make money and take care of their
family and they want to conquer a lot of new things
How can managers increase motivation among their workforce?
Manager can make the job interesting but without drowning
staff too much information each time. If their worker can do
progress steadily and meet the challenges, manager can
motivate them by giving a gift or increasing salary
Are people more motivated if their job involves helping others?
I think people more motivated if their job involves helping
others because when they bring a significant thing for another,
they will feel happy and more motivated by it.
. Because the more you help others, the more happiness you get.
Environment plays a important part in our life. Therefore, we need to protect the
environment as much as possible. There are some main ways to do that.
Firstly, a good strategy is to save energy and natural resources which are limited.
We can use less energy by switching off all electronic devices when they are not in
use, not wasting water, using a bike or a bus instead of driving a car.
Secondly we can use recycled paper to help save trees and avoid buying plastic
because it’s hard to recycle.. If we can’t avoid buying plastic bags, we should reuse
plastic bags over and over again, until they wear out
Last but not least, there is a must to raise people’s awareness. People should be
encouraged strongly to do good things like: using less plastic things, not throwing

Today, I am going to tell you about my favourite season. Honestly, I love all the
seasons but I think my favourite is autumn..
In our country, autumn lasts a little less than three months - starting from August
and sometimes from mid-August. The first thing that I noticed is that the weather is
pretty pleasant compared to other periods of the year. During this season, the
weather is neither too hot nor too cold. It’s sunny, windy, doesn’t rain too much,
and the temperature is stable At this time , I have a softness for this perfect weather
because I can participate in many outdoor activities than summer or winter .In this
season, I oftens go cycling around my town in the afternoon, go for a pinic with
my friends or go on vacation with my family,… I also like this season because it
brings hope, festivity, possibility and prosperity to the farmers and rural people in our country.
Tell me about your country climate?
The finest two words to describe the climate in Vietnam, in my opinion, are changeable and
unpredictable. The climate varies greatly from the south to the north with two separate seasons; it's
hot and cold. It's quite hard for us to forecast the weather in Vietnam. Even in the middle of the
summer, you are still likely to get caught in the rain due to tropical storms
2. what is your favourite kind of weather?
I'm actually not fond of any particular kind of weather, you know. I think every
season has its own unique beauty and it's up to us to enjoy it. For example, not
many people like the scorching weather in the summer , but I see it as a perfect
occasion for me to go swimming or participate in outdoor activities.
3. Does the weather influence your mood.
I think yes. When the weather is pleasant, I feel full of energy and my productivity will be increased. In
contrast, when the weather is rainy, it makes me so down so at this time I want to relax and don’t do anything
Is it worse to feel too hot or too cold?
I think being hot is terrible because when the weather is too hot, it can help
bacteria develop so I can come down with diseases such as: sunstroke or sunburnt .
While when the weather too cold, I can wear more layers.
