1Do you spend a lot of time with your family?
Yes I do . Although i have a busy study schedual, i don’t forget regularly connect
with my family and spend a lot of time talking to them on the phone
2. What do you like to do together as a family?
As a family, activities we like to do together such as going to the beach,
spending time relaxing together or Spread a blanket /spred ə blæŋk ˈ t./ ɪ on the
floor, lie down, and watch TV together.
3. Do you get along well with your family?
Yes i do. We are very close i’m feel really lucky that they are my family , they
are people who support, understand me and always by my side in difficult time.
4. Who are you closest to in your family? I will not hesitate / hez ˈ te ɪ t/
ɪ to answer that my mom is the closest person to me.
I think it is because we are the only woman in the family so we share the same
ideas about many things and my mom is people who always support, understand me
5. Which are more important to you: your family or your friends?
I will not hesite to answer that my family. Friends may come and go but i know
my famiy will always there for me and they provide unconditional love , support
and sense of belonging that can’t be easily replaced
6. How would you describe yourself?
I would say i’m a sociable and cheerful person who always optimistic / pt ˌɑː ɪ m ˈ st
ɪ ɪk/ in every situation. Additionally i am also a serious and eager to learn
person who always explores new thing to develop myshelf.
7. Do you enjoy meeting new people?
Yes i am To be honest i would say I am an introvert and prefer to be alone but
that doesn't mean I don't like meeting new people. It’s always exciting for me to
make new connections. I will not hesitate to interact if they are people i can
learn from. it’s an opportunity for me to develop myself
8. Do you get excited by new challenges?
Yes of course . i get excited by new challenges. It helps me to have motivation
and pushes me to step out of my comfort zone and explore new capability / ke ˌ ɪpəˈbɪləti/with myself
9. Are you someone that others see as a role model?
I am not really confident about that. Although i’m responsible, serious, eager to
learn, i relize myself that i am sometimes a bit lazy, moody and disorganized /d s ɪ ˈɔːrɡənaɪzd/
10. What influences people’s choice of hotels?
I think there are many factor that influence people’s choice of hotels such as
location, price of the rooms, the amenities available like tv, air conditioning,
locker and so on.. additionally reviews and recommendation rekəmen de ˈ n/sự ɪʃ

11. Why do some people not like staying in hotels?
I think there are some reasons why people don’t like staying in hotels. One of
the main reasons is a lack of the warmth and comfort of a home. Additionally,
some hotels can be noisy and crowded, especially during peak travel times .
Another factor is the cost or some people have had bad experiences such as poor customer service
12. Do you think staying in a luxury hotel is a waste of money?
I think Whether staying in a luxury hotel is a waste of money or not depends on
individual preferences / prefrəns/ ˈ
and financial situation, but for me, I believe an
expensive hotel is unnecessary for my stay or visit. I only need a hotel room for
a limited time to rest and relax.
13. Do the hotel ratings of people influence their choice?
yes i think most of people look hotel ratings before making a reservation. I
believe it’s difficult to judge the hotel by looking at the hotel and room pictures.
14. When people are traveling away from home, what choices do they have
for places to stay? What kinds of hotels does Vietnam have?
When traveling, people have many accommodation options such as hotels, ,
resorts,, and homestays. In Vietnam, there are all kinds of hotels from
international hotels, local hotels, and there are also hostels ˈh stl ɒ / and dorms /d m
ɔː where you can stay for a longer time at a very low price
15. Do you think customers’ complaints will improve product or services?
Yes, customer complaints can improve a product or service by listening to
customer feedback and addressing their concerns. The company can identify
areas that need improvement and make necessary changes.
16. What things do people often complain about in your country?
Well as i see in my country people are often complain about many different
problems . but there are usually 2 main proplems. Heavily pollution is the first,
people complain about the poor air quality, especially in urban areas, rivers and
beaches. And the second is chaotic /ke t ɪˈɒ k

people are obsessed with the high volume of traffic ,especially during rush hours
17. What product or services do people in your country like to complain about?
in my country people complain about many different problems but as far as i'm
know, people often complains about gasoline prices because my country 's
petroleum often depend on other country and in my country there are quite a few
petrol companies that have arbitrarily raised prices
18. What is the best way to make a complaint?
From my viewpoint, the most effective way is talk to a friend or a family
member or whoever you’re talking to really. There’s no way to making a formal
complaint about the traffic or the pollution. However, if you have a bad meal at
a restaurant, you can use the power of social media by writing a review on
facebook or you could give a feedback directly to the restaurant manager right there place
19. What are the advantages of living in your hometown?
Let me see living in phu yen offers many advantges. The first thing that come to
my mind is the cost of living, phu yen is an attractive option for those looking
for a more comfortable and affordable /ə f

20. Would you say your hometown is a good place to live? Why?
Yes definitely First the people in my hometown are very friendly close-knit ,
who are always willing to lend a helping hand and support each other, secondly
there has a low crime rate,. Overall my hometown provides a comfortable and
secure enviroment making this town is a good place to live
21. How has your hometown changed over the past few years?
Over the year my hometown has changed significant( dang ke y nghia) One

I think the most interesting of my town is definitely the history district
It’s filled with beautifully preserved( bao ton)buildings from the past and
walking through the narrow streets you can feel the rich history and charm that this area holds

in my city Agriculture plays an important role in the economy, with many
individuals participating in farming and a significant number of people engaged in rice farming.
In addition to agriculture, some individuals work in government, education, healthcare, and small business
