1Do you spend a lot of time with your family?
Yes I do . Although i have a busy study schedual, i don’t forget regularly connect
with my family and spend a lot of time talking to them on the phone
2. What do you like to do together as a family?
As a family, activities we like to do together such as going to the beach,
spending time relaxing together or Spread a blanket /spred ə blæŋk t./ˈ ɪ on the
floor, lie down, and watch TV together.
3. Do you get along well with your family?
Yes i do. We are very close i’m feel really lucky that they are my family , they
are people who support, understand me and always by my side in difficult time.
4. Who are you closest to in your family?
I will not hesitate / hez te t/ˈ ɪ ɪ to answer that my mom is the closest person to me.
I think it is because we are the only woman in the family so we share the same
ideas about many things and my mom is people who always support, understand
me
5. Which are more important to you: your family or your friends?
I will not hesite to answer that my family. Friends may come and go but i know
my famiy will always there for me and they provide unconditional love , support
and sense of belonging that can’t be easily replaced
6. How would you describe yourself?
I would say i’m a person who always sociable and cheerful optimistic / ptˌɑː ɪ
m st k/ˈ ɪ ɪ in every situation. Additionally i am also a serious and eager to learn
person who always explores new thing to develop myshelf.

Yes i am To be honest i would say I am an introvert and prefer to be alone but
that doesn't mean I don't like meeting new people. It’s always exciting for me to
make new connections. I will not hesitate to interact if they are people i can
learn from. it’s an opportunity for me to develop myself
8. Do you get excited by new challenges?
Yes of course . i get excited by new challenges. It helps me to have motivation
and pushes me to step out of my comfort zone and explore new capability

I am not really confident about that. Although i’m responsible, serious, eager to
learn, i relize myself that i am sometimes a bit lazy, moody and disorganized

I think there are many factor that influence people’s choice of hotels such as
location, price of the rooms, the amenities available like tv, air conditioning,

choice of hotel
11. Why do some people not like staying in hotels?
I think there are some reasons why people don’t like staying in hotels. One of
the main reasons is a lack of the warmth and comfort of a home. Additionally,
some hotels can be noisy and crowded, especially during peak travel times .
Another factor is the cost or some people have had bad experiences such as poor
customer service

I think Whether staying in a luxury hotel is a waste of money or not depends on
individual preferences / prefrəns/ ˈ and financial situation, but for me, I believe an
expensive hotel is unnecessary for my stay or visit. I only need a hotel room for
a limited time to rest and relax.

yes i think most of people look hotel ratings before making a reservation. I
believe it’s difficult to judge the hotel by looking at the hotel and room pictures.

When traveling, people have many accommodation options such as hotels, ,
resorts,, and homestays. In Vietnam, there are all kinds of hotels from

/d mɔː where you can stay for a longer time at a very low price

Yes, customer complaints can improve a product or service by listening to
customer feedback and addressing their concerns. The company can identify
areas that need improvement and make necessary changes.

Well as i see in my country people are often complain about many different
problems . but there are usually 2 main proplems. Heavily pollution is the first,
people complain about the poor air quality, especially in urban areas, rivers and
beaches. And the second is chaotic /ke t kɪˈɒ ɪ hỗn loạn traffic congestion ,
people are obsessed with the high volume of traffic ,especially during rush hours
17. What product or services do people in your country like to complain
about?
in my country people complain about many different problems but as far as i'm
know, people often complains about gasoline prices because my country 's
petroleum often depend on other country and in my country there are quite a few
petrol companies that have arbitrarily raised prices

From my viewpoint, the most effective way is talk to a friend or a family
member or whoever you’re talking to really. There’s no way to making a formal
complaint about the traffic or the pollution. However, if you have a bad meal at
a restaurant, you can by writing a review on use the power of social media
facebook or you could give a feedback directly to the restaurant manager right

Let me see living in phu yen offers many advantges. The first thing that come to
my mind is the cost of living, phu yen is an attractive option for those looking
