Course objectives
The course offers knowledge to manage and control quality systems effectively. The
objectives of the course are:
to access quality position, quality cost, quality culture, quality operation of organizations.
to plan, organize quality systems effectively.
to apply models of Quality Control including Process Control and Acceptance Sampling.

Course policies
Student who has absent slots 30% of total study hours will
NOT be allowed to attend the Final Exam.
The Official List of Prohibited Students will be informed by email
at least 1 week before the Exam date.
In cases of unavoidable circumstances or the planned absences,
students are required to inform the lecturers as soon as possible in 2
steps:
Step 1: Email to lecturers or Zalo Mr.Hiền, stating students name,
class, reason and the dates they will be off class.
Step 2: Clarify all absences reasons to lecturers with evidence
