I.GENERAL INTRODUCTION
a) What is VR
Virtual reality ( VR) is the use of computer technology to create a simulated environment, allowing users
to explore and interact with the surrounding virtual environment in a way that is close to reality. This
environment is perceived by the user's senses, through devices such as helmets, headsets, and virtual
reality glasses.
b) The characteristics of VR
The characteristics of virtual reality technology can be summarized in 3 English words starting with the
letter I (3I), including: Interactive - Immersion - Imagination.
-INTERACTIVE: VR users can interact with the virtual environment through devices such as VR
headsets, VR headphones, and haptic feedback devices. This allows users to explore the virtual
environment, interact with objects, and perform actions in that environment.

-IMMERSION: VR creates an immersive experience for users. Users feel like they are actually
in the virtual environment, which can lead to feelings of immersion and relaxation.
