But you do look very upset, Kim. Are you getting enough sleep?
Kim: That’s just it! I can’t sleep because I have too much homework to do.
Dr. Dorothy: I see. And how about fitness? Do you make time to play sports or lift
weights?
Kim: Lift weights? Um, no. I guess I don’t do enough exercise.
Dr. Dorothy: Well, if you do a little exercise each day, you’ll sleep much better.
Kim: I could ask my friends to play sports with me.
Dr. Dorothy: That’s a great idea! Having a healthy social life is another good way to
manage stress.
Kim: Well. I usually watch one or two movies in the evening while I do my homework.
And I use my smartphone until I fall asleep.
Dr. Dorothy: Oh, Kim! That’s too much! Put away the smartphone and turn off the TV
for fifteen minutes so that you can chill out before you go to sleep.
Kim: Hmmm. OK.

I think sleep is really important for our health, so I always try to get enough sleep. I also
think a balanced diet is important, so I make sure to eat enough whole grains, fruit,
vegetables, meat and fish. I try to exercise, but I don’t always have enough time because I
have too much homework to do. I spend too much time using my smartphones, so I can
improve my health if I spend more time away from electronic devices. Also, I don’t
spend enough time with my friends, so I should try to play some sports with them to
improve my social life.
