Dr. Jones: Hello, Steve. How are you today?
Steve: Hi, Doctor Jones. I’m feeling okay today. I have a lot of energy, but my shoulders hurt.

Dr. Jones: That sounds pretty good. Is there anything else? Are you eating sugar?
Steve: Well, sometimes when my wife is busy, I go to the ice cream shop.
Dr. Jones: Ah ha. Sugar can cause pain in places like your knees and shoulders. You have to stop eating ice cream.
