A. Aims: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. Knowledge: - review the language they have learnt in this unit (vocabulary
of sports and games, past simple and imperatives)
- practice talking about the project “A traditional game” they have been asked
to prepare.
2. Qualities: Students will be able to show their love and responsibility for sports
and games, and how to use past simple and imperatives.
3. Competences: Students will be able to cooperate, communicate, solve
problems, create, and enhance linguistic competence.
B. Teaching aids: Textbook, laptop, smart TV/ projector
C. Procedure:
* Warm up: Chain game
- T asks Ss to tell names of sports and games.
- T leads in the new lesson.
I. Vocabulary:
1. Find one odd word or phrase. (Task 1)
- T asks Ss to do the task individually.
- T checks the answers with the whole class.

- T tells Ss that sports and games may go after one of three verbs: play, do, go
2. Brainstorm
- T divides the class into 2 groups.
- T lets students from these groups in turn write sports and games with 3 verbs

1. Write verbs using past simple (Task 3)

to move forward.
- T calls Ss from each group to give the answer
