We give our thanks to Mr. Ho Trung Thao, our subject Organizational
Behavior lecturer. He gave us useful knowledge about human
behavior. In addition, he supported our group to complete this
report. So once again our group thanks to him.
Our group likes Organizational Behavior, it brings good knowledge to
our future work. Organizational behavior helps us to understand
human behavior. So, we can behave appropriately for different
situations in the organization. At the same time, it helps us to
understand the behavior of employees in the company when
problems. And we will be able to behave better in the organization.

ABSTRACT
Our group has chosen to analyze the staff situation in Vinamilk. Job
satisfaction is a major motivaton for employees to work. Employees
feel positive about the motivation that the organization creates, and
the staff will work the best.
In this report, we have some goals:
- Analyze the dynamics of the organization created for
employees.
- Determine employee satisfaction when generating motivation.

1. Introduce
1.1. Vinamilk
- Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (often called with the
familiar name Vinamilk), this is a famous company in Vietnam specializing
in manufacturing and trading dairy products as well as machinery and
equipment.
- The company was established in 1976 and with more than 45 years of
existence, Vinamilk has become one of the largest and most developed
companies in Vietnam.
- Not only is Vinamilk a leading enterprise of the dairy processing industry in
Vietnam, Vinamilk also reaches out to countries around the world such as
the US, France, Canada, Germany, Japan,.. Vinamilk's main products are:
liquid milk, yogurt, powdered milk, condensed milk, ice cream and cheese,
soy milk and soft drinks.

1.3. Core values of Vinamilk.
INTEGRITY: Integrity and honesty in
all transactions and conduct.
RESPECT: Respect everything like yourself,
colleagues around, bigger than respecting
the company and customer partners.
Cooperate with respect.
FAIRNESS: Treat your employees and
customers fairly. Be fair to suppliers and
stakeholders for mutual development.

ETHICS: Always act ethically in all
matters, especially those with pre-set
standards and standards.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: Don't go
against the law, abide by the company's codes
of conduct and regulations, and put company
policies and regulations first.
2. Motivation.
- The success of an organization depends largely on the progress and complete
the work of employees. However, employees have different personalities,
needs, and qualifications have different goals, and their needs at different
times are different. So, department-managers must balance those differences
and lead them with the common goals of the organization.
- We know employees’s needs change everyday. so in the working process will
have their original motivation will no longer be attractive enough. They will
fall into a state of depression and the working progress will be delayed.
Therefore, managers need to be flexible and always understand employee’s
need in different periods, creating motivation for employees and show them
that they deserve the benefits when their job well done.
- Motivation is the willingness to show effort towards the overall goals of the
organization.

2.1. What is “Motivation”?
“Motivation is the effort, the drive, the desire, and the energy a person uses to
activate and maintain goal driven behavior.” – Murray Johannsen
The processes that accounts for an individual’s intensity, direction, and
persistence of effort toward attaining an organizational goal.
INTENSITY: the amount of effort put forth to meet the goal.
DIRECTION: efforts are channeled toward organizational goals.
PERSISTENCE: how long a person maintain effort toward a goal.
2.2. Why “Motivation” is important in an organization?
- Improve employee efficiency.
- Help employees have to spirit, actively complete the job.
- Reduce employees screening rate
- Motivation to help the organization have more “loyal employees”.
3. Case study.
Even though Vinamilk is the market leader in Vietnam's dairy processing
sector and is expanding internationally, the business has continued expansion
aspirations. The business constantly offers its workers a variety of new
employment options, fosters innovation, and provides them with the skills and
experiences they need to advance the business. There will always be fresh
positions and tasks available for employees to try out. This encourages each
employee's latent potential and innovation. As a result, the business
consistently maintains talent, its workers stay with the business for a long
period, and its turnover rate is low. Employees at Vinamilk will be
compensated with a wage that is proportional with their abilities, as well as
bonuses. Through the employee performance appraisal procedure, the
organization always appreciates the efforts of its staff. Through training and
