C: sure, we worked with market research agency over periods of a few weeks to gather
information about our customers and what they thought of us. And the result were mixed
D: sr, can I just check why was this research done, had there been complained or

C: it was to get customers feedback on the company and its service D: right, I see

leaving as for another supplier

B: look, I have no problem with giving staff a refresher course but starting completely fr scratch
seem like a waste of time and money. They will receive training when they start anyway
Chairperson: yes, that’s a good point, anna and we don’t know yet if we will have to start fr
scratch, it may be we haven’t done enough to monitor activity and that a simple refresher course
will be enough or may be that we have to look at customer contact fr start to finish and try to
implement some new protocols, maria.
C: yes, that right. I’m sure that a way of dealing with it sensitively and I realize it is not easy for
u to suggest more training for staff so I want if we could start with the review of the current
training approach and look at what we need to do to address problem brought up in the survey B: yes, we could do that

possibly wasting time and money so perhaps and I could look at the report together. And we will
able to decide what needs addressing and how if it’s more training or even complete systems overhaul

- share what u think: I could say that the market for clothes currently experiences stiff
competition which could make us difficult to get into the market. However, I have worked with

- price strategy: In case of our product, the target audience is 20 – 3o they could be both working
individuals or college female students who can afford to purchase the jacket so that I recommend
the price is not too high or too low - promotion strategy:
+The most effective way to introduce the new product into the market is by creating consumer
awareness about the product. Such awareness can be created through internet which is one of the
most power tools that can be used to inform the target audience about our jacket and the main
internet platform I want to mention is social media (fb)- which is really popular these day.
+ we will use celebrities who command a high degree of recognition. Celebrities
attract new customers and are a big face in advertising campaigns.
Consumers will buy a product just because they see a famous face aligned with the product
- launch date: jan – new year, dec – Christmas. I want to offer gifts, such as perfumes, vouchers,
discounted prices. I mean during that time, we will tell the target audience that the first 20
customers to purchase product will be given specific gifts and vouchers - outlet:

our new energy drinks were not well received. Actually ppl don’t know much about our new
product even though our brand are well-known. And I have come to the conclusion that we have
neglected our marketing campaign. I meant we have little investment in marketing campaign

Our goal is to increase sales within 2 months. our product are energy drinks so that the target
audience will be young ppl who are really familiar with social media (Nowadays, everyone is on
social media – customers, potential customer, competitors, everyone. )For that reason, social
media is a must-have marketing channel for our company as it is the place where we can reach
our targeted audience and ensure that our brand voice is heard. When it comes to the food and
beverage industry, the most prolific platform is without a doubt is Instagram. T he users
love clicking on images of things that are nice to eat and drink. When you post on
Instagram, you not only have the chance to encourage your followers and potential
customers to try your products but if customers have tried it or like the look of it, they are
more likely to share the images, tag their friends and help to promote them. -b:
+ I could say that the market for beverage currently experiences stiff competition. I mean we
have a lot of competitors. In addition, our current promotion is not really working.

+ I surveyed our product on the market and I realized that we have few outlet which mean
I worked with a market research agency and I recommend we should take over nam á company
which is a company specializing in the production of wood products. Over 10 years of
establishment and development. Initial investment capital is 200 million VND, revenue is nearly
1 billion VND/year. And now a day their registered capital reach 10 billion. Currently, they has a
total area of nearly 3 hectares, the number of employees has increased to nearly 300 people.
They continuously improve the quality, service and reputation of products to customers, step by
step affirming our quality not only in the domestic market but also in the domestic market.

In my opinion, the cost of goods in Asia is quite cheap and reasonable , this is a huge advantage
for our company and we can save a lot of equity.
But Asian shipping times can be a disadvantage because of the long distances. It can take a long
time and costs can higher than we think. Not only that, our production system can be interrupt
and give benefit to other companies due to this.
We must also pay attention to the reliability and reputation for quality because product quality is
not the same among countries. Right? So, we need to select countries that can meet the needs and
standards of our company. Some countries we can consider Japan, Korea and China, have the
most advanced industries in Asia.
Potential future problems that could disrupt supply to Asian countries are also a matter of
concern. There will be many factors that can influence such as the normalization of monetary
policy in Europe. It also affects investment performance in the financial sector in Asia. Or Japan
often has disaster and labor is limited. China is abundant in workforce, but it is difficult to control the quality of labor.
But, beside the disadvantages, I still think that Asia is a great choice for our company.
