The undersigned the Seller and the Buyer have confirmed this contract in accordance
with the terms and conditions stated below: ARTICLE 1: COMMODITY
1.1/ Description and specification: Banana, Pineapple
Bananas have a curved shape like a crescent, unripe and dark green, when ripe, they turn
yellow, the flesh is yellow, very fragrant, and sweet. Bananas are sweet, palatable, non-
toxic, and are mainly composed of Vitamin B6, Potassium, Fiber, and Vitamin C -
nutrients that promote heart health, energy metabolism and support an immune system healthy epidemic
Pineapple's scientific name is Ananas comosus, which has the characteristics of many
eyes, yellow flesh, sweet and sour taste, used to cook or eat fresh. This plant is especially
high in nutrients such as organic acids, vitamin C (supports a healthy immune system),
vitamin B6, Manganese- supports energy metabolism and minerals. Not only is fresh
pineapple delicious, but it's also the only known source of bromelain, an enzyme with anti-inflammatory properties.

The large banana has a nice shape, long and slightly curved.
Bananas must be undamaged, grow naturally, and not be scratched, broken, or cracked.
Do not allow double adhesion and deformation. When mature, the skin is thin, bright yellow.
The stem of the left cell turns the plot into a cylinder. The cut of the banana stem must be
dry, not darkened, and must be treated with an appropriate preservative to avoid bruising and stem rot.
The pods should be fresh, dry, and clean. Do not let the pods get tanned, blackened, sticky with plastic, or dusty.
Bananas for export must be ripe when harvested (75-80%), especially the skin is still green or bright green.
The pulp is yellow, elastic, sweet, with a characteristic aroma.
The flesh is hard, firm, fragile, ivory yellow.
The edges of the banana are slightly rounded but sharp, the peel sticks to the flesh and is difficult to peel.
Bananas are cut into bunches or bunches as required by commercial contracts and cut
close to the stem, leaving the entire chamber.

Pineapple does not ripen after harvest. Exposure of unripe pineapples to ethylene in other

The total contract price is equivalent to x USD. This is a fixed price and cannot be modified
if the contract is in effect before date xxx. The total value of the contract is applied to the
types, quantities, and services above.
In the event, the contract does not come into force on the above date, the buyer and the seller
shall jointly renegotiate the price modification or modify the range of supply and services to
maintain the price taking into account the increase in costs. supply and service charges.
In case, the seller's harvesting and packing work are delayed due to some problems (weather,
land problems, labor,...). Then the buyer and the seller must mutually agree to adjust the
contract on the price of delayed services, even leading to delay. In case the two parties cannot
come to an agreement, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract according to Article 424

- Payment is made by an irrevocable letter of credit at sight, in US dollars with a letter of
credit equal to 100% of the total commercial invoice value to the beneficiary seller. Letters of
credit are opened at least 45 days before shipment and are valid for forty-five days from the date of shipment.
4.3.2. Payment by money transfer:
- Payment is made by wire transfer (T/T) For the seller to benefit 100% of the commercial
invoice price in US dollars Within three days after the buyer receives the set of documents
delivered to the seller sent by post. 4.3.3. Payment in cash:

- Date of shipment – ETD and ETA.

ARTICLE 6: Payment instruction
Terms of payment (payment, settlement): When specifying the content of payment terms
in the contract, the parties must clearly state, which currency to use for payment; payment
term; payment methods; a form of payment, and a set of delivery documents. Detail:
Down payment of 60% of the total contract price amounting to _USD_ will be
