EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Founded in Ho Chi Minh City by Mr. Nguyen Son Tung, The English Valley is
a small organization. By utilizing a system of symbols and visuals directly related to
the subject matter that the students are studying, The English Valley, a company
specializing in teaching and training English, awakens learners' visual thinking. The
English Valley currently has 14 employees, separated into three distinct departures:
Customer Care departure, Academic departure, and Consultant departure.
Clear and consistent communication is crucial for employee engagement. The
corporation reportedly addresses this lack of internal communication as a result. The
absence of feedback and self-recognition among employees at The English Center has
led to their dissatisfaction with the organizational culture. Additionally, employees
don't feel connected to one another. Despite their youth and enthusiasm for their
employment, the majority of English Valley employees still need more social learning
expertise. The organization can then use a useful internal communication strategy as a
powerful instrument to solve its internal communication issue and accomplish its
mission and goals. with the expectation that the business will develop thoughtfully
and achieve numerous exceptional feats in its industry.
As a result, our analysis will offer some suggestions for improving the
company's internal communication. This is important since the English Valley wants
to establish itself as the most well-known English center in Vietnam, and employee
engagement is key to attaining that objective. To be more particular, in our project,
we'll recommend some innovative, effective techniques that the business can use
straight away. Additionally, as the methodology depends on the objectives of the
organization, we will also outline some specific directions and monitor the
effectiveness of our strategy.

1. About the English Valley
The English Valley is a start-up company that was established in 2018. The English
Valley offers exceptional value in terms of education; the school's cutting-edge
facilities and strikingly original methods, along with the enthusiastic support of its
seasoned instructors and academic staff, are guaranteed to transform its students into
spectacular ones. For convenience and to make it simpler for customers to remember
and say correctly, The English Valley is abbreviated as "TEV." They have not yet
collaborated with any other publishers and have their own system of assembled
textbooks.

The English Valley is dedicated to producing high-quality work, and each student's
growth demonstrates how effective this commitment is. Through Emerging classes,
students are guaranteed to understand the fundamentals, and those who enroll in
Intermediate courses show a noticeable improvement. The English Valley operates on
the premise that pupils need a strong foundation in order to be proficient at English;

during this time, not even a minor error should be discovered. Students always feel at
ease learning since the lessons become unconscious habits. The information is
automatically absorbed.
2. Target customers
Students from high school age (16) on up to adults and corporations make up The
English Valley's target market. The English Valley targets those who need short-term
development and are amenable to learning. Students will no longer experience any
difficulty studying English despite several limitations in time, age, knowledge, etc.
thanks to the academic team at The English Valley's knowledge and research. The
center provides two different study options: IELTS Improvement, which is broken into
several phases, and 4-skill Improvement. TEV has seen many people who desire to
learn the IELTS from a level of English they do not know.
3. Competitors
The English Valley's main competitors include district 10's DOL English, Ms. Hoa
Giao Tip, IELTS Fighter, and IELTS Vietop. Although they were rivals, many students
still selected The English Valley.

creating competitive advantages as well as attracting foreign investment from local
human resources with international competency standards.

Train Vietnamese students to be proficient in English
TEV’s mission is to provide opportunities for learners to achieve appropriate levels of
proficiency in 4 skills in English; promote good teaching practices and learning
knowledge by providing knowledge that is close to reality (following the trend)

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is in charge of running the whole operation of the
firm, has full access to the organization's vision, and has the authority to make
important corporate decisions. Center Manager (CM), Chief Financial Officer (CFO),
and Chief Operating Officer (COO) are the three major positions that report to the
CEO.
Customer Care (CC Dept), Academic (Academic Dept), and Consultant departures
were all under the supervision of the CM. The Consultant is known as the Sale team
and takes on the responsibility of welcome new clients. Then, the pupils who have
registered successfully for the course will be moved over to the CC department. They
accepted the assignment and asked the student at the time for feedback.
CC Departure will transition to Academic Departure while gathering the data for a
class (Academic Depart). The primary teacher in the assigned class will receive
assistance from the Teaching Assistance (TA). Chief Production Officer (CPO) is a
