We are looking for a skilled Waiter or Waitress to take orders and deliver
food and beverages to our customers. The right Waiter/Waitress uplifts the
dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have
the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional, passionate about
work, responsible for the profession, and able to use his skills to conquer the most demanding customers.
Our goal is to deliver a great overall dining experience to our guests.
3. Authority of incumbent (Relationships)
Have a very high level of job-required social interaction. They frequently
talk to customers and coworkers.

. Communicate by a variety of means. They use telephone, e-mail, face-to-
face talks, letters, and memos on a daily basis.

4. Responsibilities and duties
+ Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
+ Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions,
ingredients or potential food allergies)
+ Inform customers about the day’s specials
+ Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
+ Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
+ Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
+ Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling
silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, and more
+ Deliver checks and collect bill payments
+ Follow all relevant health department regulations
+ Provide excellent customer service to guests
5. Standards of performance
+ Work closely with management to serve customers in the best way
+ Perform duties as required by management and superiors
+ Record customer reviews and feedback from there to support management to
come up with the best solutions
+ Support management to check money to ensure revenue is not wasted
+ Deal with guests in a professional and courteous manner with a smile at all times.
+ Maintaining grooming standards according to the hotel's uniform policy and
being ready to serve guests 20 minutes prior to start of the working schedule.
+ Keeping the essential serving tools such as: table crumble, pen, side tower, order pad…. 6. Working conditions
+ Working in a professional environment
+ Work indoors most of the time, but may sometimes work in outdoor serving areas.
+ Often wear a special uniform or dress according to a dress code.
+ Work very near coworkers and customers. They often work within inches of other people. 7. Job specification Education : + High school diploma + Know basic math
+ Fluent in 2 or more languages
+ Knowledge of a culinary culture is an advantage
+ Know how to use cash registers and delivery apps Skills :
