Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with a driver in
your taxi company because he behaved in an unacceptable way and I
had
a lot of problems.
At the beginning of last week, I took a a trip with your taxi
company.
When he arrived at the rendezvous, I asked him to wait for me for about
10 minutes but the driver was quite annoyed and irritated with me. After
arriving, he charged me extra money and said it was money for waiting
for me too long.
I am not at all pleased that I have complained to your company but
it
has been over a week and I have yet to receive a response nor any
support.
I felt disrespected and not treated properly as a customer.
To resolve the problem, I would like to request that that driver must
self-criticize his mistakes and have an apologetic attitude. His taxi's
license plate is 74D 020.11. Moreover, I also expect your company to
strictly retrain employees with a more gentle attitude to customers and
respond to customer feedback as quickly as possible, I don't want others
to be in the same situation as me.
