Tiếng Anh óng vai trò ngày càng quan tr ng của
chúng ta. Trong quá trình hội nhập và phát triển, người học tiếng Anh
không những phải trau dồi các kĩ năng ñọc, viết mà còn phải nghe, nói
tốt mới có thể giao tiếp ñược. Nghe tốt là nhân tố quan trọng giúp con
người giao tiếp thành công. Tuy nhiên, kĩ năng nghe không phải là kĩ năng dễ.
Để giúp người học có thêm cơ hội luyện tập và làm chủ các kĩ
năng nghe hiểu tiếng Anh, nhóm tác giả trân trọng giới thiệu ñến các
thày cô giáo và các em học sinh, sinh viên bộ sách luyện nghe “News
Listening ” biên soạn dựa trên ngữ liệu các bản tin tiếng Anh.
Chủ ñề của các bản tin ñược lựa chọn khá rộng: từ các chủ ñề
quen thuộc với cuộc sống hàng ngày như Giáo dục, Giải trí, Sức khỏe
ñến các chủ ñề về Quan hệ Quốc tế và Vấn ñề Toàn cầu.
Các kĩ năng ñưa ra luyện tập cũng ñược sắp xếp theo trình tự ñộ ă ầ ậ ự ñượ
khó t ng d n. Các bài t p th c hành trong sách c thiết kế ña
dạng, hiệu quả và sinh ñộng. Do ñó, người học có thể sử dụng tài liệu
này ñể học trên lớp và luyện tập ở nhà mà vẫn ñảm bảo tính hữu hiệu và hệ thống.
Dù ñã có nhiều cố gắng nhưng bộ sách cũng không thể tránh khỏi
thiếu sót. Nhóm tác giả rất mong nhận ñược những ñóng góp thiết
