If you are anything like me experiences like this were extremly routine . hitting snooze (trì
hoãn) until these last possible minutes and then rushing with stress to get to where I
needed to be on time. But, frequently not actually able to do so. it was ingranted in (ăn sâu
trong tôi) me. The alarm clock rings, I hit snooze, flip out (mâất ki m soát) 30 minut ể es or so
later and enjoy a lovely day prompted with tons of anxiety ( s lo lăấng) and f ự eeling behind.
Just for me to do it all over again tommorow. But recently I’ve been picking up some newly
inspired disciplines by this book “ The Miracle Morning”. And that’s since turn around, and I
just want to share what helped me to transition my behavior from what I would consider a
genuine night owl (cú đêm chính hi u) into somewhat o ệ
f high inspirited morning person in
hope that you could also enjoy the benefit of waking up early
Being a slave to the snooze bottom is something I’m extra familiar with. I think we can all
relate to the dread (nôỗi kinh s ) of the alarm clock ring in t ợ
he morning . us realizing it’s
already time to wake up and being hit with this overwhelming sence of tireness and resistance ( s c chôấng c ứ ) to getting up. W ự
e trick ourselve into thinking this single incident
of hitting the snooze only affects us in that specific moment and we are overcome by our
poorly informed desires. When in reality action like this can end-up dictating our entire day
and ove periof of time end up dictating our entired. From this book P shared: we hitting the
snooze bottom and resis the inevitable act of waking up unaws 25/5/2023
My name is Jonna Jinton. I’m a Swedish (Th y Đi ụ
ển) photgrapher and an artist. And I’m
gonna tell you the story of my journey. I took the most important decision of my life in
2010. I decided to leave my life in my hometown Gothenburg. I left the apartment and
quit the studies. My heart was longing to ( c ao, m ướ ong đ i) something else: Na ợ ture and
Silence. I moved to this place Grundtjarn - A little village with 10 inhabitants ( ng i c ườ ư
trú) in the north of Sweden. A village where I had my roots since 12 generations back. So
actually it was like coming home. When I first came here, I had no plan, no money and no
job. But I had a dream. I wanted to find a way to make a living so that I could stay in this
beautiful place that I felt like home in my heart. The first years in Grundtjarn was very
challenging. Long cold winters. I constant worry about money and then old house where it
was a full-time job just to keep warm. A time when my limits was constanly tested. But
during this time, I found my passion in life. I started with photography and filming and
writing. And I started a little blog so I could share moments of my new life and expressed
my love for nature in photos and words. And I also bought a dog Nanook that became my best friend ever…
Living so close to nature awaked something in me. I felt an urge to create. And it became
my biggest passion to continue creating and moving people with my art.
It’s now been 8 years since I moved and I still live here in my little house on under the
norhtern lights. From here, I run my own bussiness Jonna Jintin Sweden where my mother
Anita is employed as an administrator (ng i qu ườ n lí công vi ả c). I spend my da ệ ys doing
photography, filming, creating music, painting, writing and all the things that my heart
wants to express. And through all my social media channels I reach over a million people
every week. I live together with Johan – my soon to be husband. And recently he started
working full-time as a silversmith (th b ợ c) in our own jew ạ
elry brand. And I still have my
fellow (ông b n, đôồng chí) friend Nanook and 2 c ạ
ats and a cow whose name is Stjarna
which means star in Swedish. And still, my wish is to keep something beautiful to this
world, something that break through our barriers and reaches a soul.
One of my photos was now be sold worldwide as a canvas on IKEA . the photo was taken
to some minutes from where I live in early morning in octobor from an old bridge that my
grandfather built 80 years ago - one of all the magical moments that I have got to
experience during my years here.
I’ve learned so much during these years, most of all is that felling grateful for the small
things in life is the key to the big things. And that it’s only we, ourselve, that sets the limits
of what is possible and not. And to have pateince and never give up, and never be afraid
of losing you feet on the ground cause sometime this can be the best thing you ever do 26/05/2023
I’ve always wonder “at what point in our lives do we feel like we truly grown up. Is this
when we move out, or finish school, get your first job, become a parent. Because for the
longgest time, I felt like I was waiting for this one difinitive ( d t khoát) ứ moment where I
would step in adulthood like … here it is! But it’s not happening. That’s what adulting is.
But I feeling like throughout the years I have developed some key habits that have made
me feel more enriched and embodied. And today I’m gonna sharing with you. So let’s get started!
First up, we’ve got meditation. But wait! Before you click out this video, thinking, ‘Arggg, I
already know I should meditate, I should eat healthy, I should stop using social media….
This video is not intended for us to should all over ourselve. They are just tools that we can
use depending on how you feeling, to finger out what’s gonna help us out in long run and
meditation has had a profound impact on my life. There is like a common misconception
saying that “meditation like clearing your mind, like making sure that you brain is complely
rid of thoughts”. That’s not true. That’s like essentially telling like your heart to stop
beating, your eyes to stop blinking. Your brain is ment to thing so of course you’re gonna
have these thought. When I meditating I kind of imagine myself of sinking back into my
mind and watching my thought as if there were clouds in the sky. You just sink back and
observe. And if I catch myself daydreaming then I be like “ah, I’m day-dreaming” then I
sink back down and observe my thoughts. And that pretty much my session look like 28/5/2023
As someone who has spent a lot of money buying stuff, I can confidently say that the
things we buy make little to no different in our lives. For example, the sweater is no
different than the 5 other swearters in my closet. Having a 10 steps skincare routine didn’t
make my skin 10 times better. And unsurprisingly that 500 dollars hairdryer worked more
or less the same as my 30 dollars ones. Make-up onigo skindeep, close we wear don’t
change the person that we are. And the things that our house fill don’t add long-lasting
value to our lives. Once we realize that being matiral rich is pretty surface level and a
vulnerable sate to be in. It makes us question “what we’re actually working towards?” our
society focuses so much on being matieral rich instead of being life rich. But ever since
becoming a minimalist, I have been buiding a life according to what true wealth means to
me. On top of that list is my health, mental well being, relationships, my time and
experience. So today, I thought I would share with you 5 of the most important minimalist
money habits that have helped me to make this change in my life.
1, Know your “happiness” number
You might have heard of this well-known study on hapiness and money. Researchers have
found that happiness increases with income come. But there is a point of disminishing (gi m dâồn) ả
returns at about 75 000 to 120 000 a year. I think that the study is outdated
and there were so many details were not accounted for. But when I read it, it was the first
time I started to think about how much I need to earn to live a satisfactory life. A couple of
years back, I found out the hard way what my point of disimishing returns was. My
husband and I were doing more than ok financially. But I was so excited to earn more that
I took every opportunity to do so without considering what I actually trading for it. That is
where we can sleep, family gatherings, and time doing things I love and highsight (tâồm
nhìn xa)that extra income was not worth it. Being able to work and earn money is a privilege. Having is gr economic goals
eat. But there are so many other aspects to life that
add to our overall happiness. So knowing how much I need to live a good life has been my ultimate guide to balance my lif out
e. Once I meet that goal, I knoe that the surplus won’t
ask any more value to my life. Beside, money comes and goes, but there are things in life that we cannot get back. 29/5/2023
Hi guys! I hope everyone is doing well. So I’ve so inactive recently. This terms has just been
kicking me in the butt (Cú đá vào mông -> M t hành đ ộ ng ộ /c ch ử có ý tôất đ ỉ p đ ẹ t ể o đ ạ ng ộ l c cho ng ự i nh ườ n cú đá đó) I am curr ậ ently deep in the law for ex am grind (luyện thi) and
I recently also decided to write a seniors honor thesis for my next year, my senior year
(Sinh viên năm cuôấi) of colleage. And it’s basically a dissertation (luận án )that you spent
the entire senior writing so right now I’m deep in the research process. So I’m basiclly
been spending every single day this term so far in the library. So I wanted to put together
some of my favorite study tips that have been genuinely (chân th t) help ậ ed me become
more effective in my studying and also more productive in my day-to-day life. I know that
a lot of guys are also humanities (nhân văn) students so you probably have to write a lot of
essay and do a lot of readings of reading. So in the second part of my video I’m gonna walk
you guys exactly through how I go from 10 to 20 different readings and take different note
on them and really put it into a really (ngăấn g concise
ọn ) essay that I can write in under a
day. So ya I hope you guys enjoy and find these tips helpful. And let’s get started.
So I’m gonna started with the tip that I mentioned in my previous video and it is basically
called Promodoro Timing. That’s my best friend for studying. And it’s basically the concept
of working in 25 minutes intervals (khoảng th i gian) with 5 minu ờ tes break in between. Or
if you’re taking a long break it’s 15 minutes in between. The website that I specifically use
for this call Promofocus.io and I absolutely love it because it holds me accounable. I think
whenever you’re studying without any time limit it so easy to just get up and jus caught t
take break whenever you feel like it especially when you’re not feeling motivative. And
personally for me, I tend to work better when there is some sort of time pressure, a
pressure on me to get something complete. So what I’ll do is if I have a essay that I have to
write, I spilt it into really small micro tasks. So for example, I’ll just say “ok, in the next 25
minutes I need to write my thesis” and then from there I’ll send those 25 minutes just
focusing on my thesis (lu n án). And then a ậ
fter I’ll take my 5 minutes break and then after
that, I spend my next 25 minutes turning that thesis into a more conherent (m ch l ạ c ) ạ
sounding paragraph. So in many ways, having that time limit really makes sure that you’re
staying in task and it split every thing up to really easy for you to focus on one thing at a time and not get sidetracked 30/5/2023

After starting my nomadic (nay đây mai đó, du c ) journey in big cities. I de ư cided it was
time to switch things up and move to the quiet English countryside. In here for the first
time in while, I noticed myself falling into a consistent daily morning routine that makes
me feel so content ( hài lòng, to i nguy ạ n)
ệ and at peace. I really wanted to share with
you guys becauce I’m finally learning how to take things slow and how to start my
morning with the most equanimous (possessing metal calmness, composure_s bình ự tĩnh, and serenity_s ự trâồm l
ặ ng, thanh bình, even in difcult time – bình th n, tr ả âấn tĩnh, th n nhiên) ver ả sion of myself.
I’ll tell you more about how I got here and the family I’m staying with in my next video
but in the meantime here’s a preview of the farmhouse and this is the shepherd’s hat (ng i chăn c ườ u)
ừ I’ve sleeping in. I’ve been waking up usually natually around 6a.m or
if not I have alarm set for 6.15. the first thing I do when I get up is go into the cozy little
washroom and my favorite thing about this room is the little cute window that just
pops right open so I can start my morning, brushing my teeth while looking outside at
nature and listening to the beautiful bird sound. It’s funny you never really think about
how first thing when you get up to brush you teeth, you staring at the mirror. It’s nice
to just wake up and look outside and not be focus on your own image. My skincare
routine these morning has been ultra simple. I usually just don’t do anything or the
most I’ll do is splash my face with some cold water. i haven’t really been using much
any product and my skin’s just been feeling very balanced. so it’s been interesting seen
the simplification of my life in all areas. After brushing up, I use one of the little cusions
or a blanket to put on the floor and I start my morning vipassana meditation. I’ve been
really good at maintaining an hour every morning so I’m very proud of myself. I’ve been
using inside timer to give me a nicer starting and ending gong sound instead of a *beep
beep* alarm clock and I love it. Prior to doing this 10-day meditation course I could not
even maintain meditating 5 minutes a day and then coming out of this, I can just sit
and meditate for whole hour every morning like a piece of cake still blows my mind when I think about it
