I hope this email finds you well. I’m a chairman of WECARE Foundation,
which was established 10 years ago. Our company promotes the development of
young people in achieving their full physical and intellectual potential. Beside that,
we also educate the public about the importance of being responsible citizens. We
are going to celebrate an annual fund-raising banquet and we cordially invite you to this organization session.
On this occasion, it will take place on Thursday, December 24 and begin in
8pm. We choose Springfield Hotel, 154 Sussex Gardens, Hype Park, London to
hold the party, which raised $1,000,000 to upgrade the equipment at the local
Children’s Medical students. We also provide scholarships for five neddy
Springfield High School students and we will recruit some volunteers for forthcoming charity events.
We would be very grateful if you could attend this party. Could you please
confirm your attendance by 7pm 17th December, a week before the occasion happens?
