Topic 1 : Your dream job.
I have always wanted to become a tour guide, and I myself will choose it
as a career to develop the relatives in the future. Because I have dreamed
of traveling all over the country / k ˈ ntri/. ʌ
I'm going to go a lot of places, being exposed / k ɪ ˈspə zd/ ʊ
to many, many cultures /ˈkʌlt ə/ ʃ with
traditions of their own. I will also hone /hə n
ʊ / and develop a lot of skills, dynamism /ˈda nə m ɪ zəm/ ɪ
, flexibility and dexterity /dekˈsterəti/.
My short-term at the moment is to a good result in my certificate /sə ˈt f ɪ kət/. ɪ
Besides, applying for a part-time English-related job to get real-
life experience as well as a chance to work in a good company. I will
also attend some outdoors activities like volunteering, school ‘seminars,
projects to make new relationships and boost /buːst/ my confidence.
My long-term goal is that I want to become a professional English-
Chinese tour guide. I want to find a suitable / su
ˈ ːtəbl/ job that relating to
my major, and I really want to work in an international enterprise /
ˈentəpraɪz/. Furthermore, I want to take tourists to outbound. To achieve /ə tˈ iʃ v/
ː that goal, I intend to participate /p t ɑːˈ s ɪ pe ɪ t/ ɪ in some
professional English training courses as an assistant besides my major, and improve my Chinese.
However, with my determination and effort / efət/, ˈ I believe that I can have a bright future.
Topic 2: Organize your life better
I’ve been making a lot of questionable food choices as well, have been
late at night. Because I have a lot of assignments at school. After school
hours, I have to go part-time job. It makes me feel tired, stressed, gain
weight, and work inefficiently. /ɪn f ɪˈ ntli/ ɪʃ
I made the decision to strike a balance between my studies and my career /kə r ˈ ə/. ɪ
In addition, I keep track of my schedules /ˈʃedju l/ ː and
deadlines. I try to complete assignments as quickly as possible, eat
healthily, eat fresh food, and exercise regularly. /ˈre jə ɡ ləli/ Additionaly, I
believe I can relax, participate in outdoor activities, and socialize / ˈsə əla ʊʃ z/ ɪ with my friends.
Topic 3: How do you feel when you speaking in front of a lot of
people? Is it easier to speak in front of a small group or a large group? Why ? (3 reason)
Lack of confidence when speaking in front of a crowd

I always do something to make my audience laugh at the first of my
programs, it takes away some of my jitters. Making an audience laugh creates a bond.
I can communicating my ideas clearly and presenting them openly in a public forum.
Topic 3: How do you feel when you speaking in front of a lot of
people? Is it easier to speak in front of a small group or a large group? Why ? (3 reason)
Firstly, I’m an extrovert person; therefore, I'm comfortable speaking in
front of a lot of people. I used to give a lot of my own presentations in
front of the class, so my confidence is getting better.
Secondly, I try to emotion mastery, positive thinking, and keep calm to
best inspire and communicate knowledge to the audience.
Additionally, I feel excited when I speak in front of a large group.
Because different people and different opinions make animated
discussion. Many people will ask me a lot of questions in order to
demonstrate that they are interested in what I am saying. On the order
hand, I'd like to dramatically improve my speaking presence, ability to
solve problems and the opportunity to communicate with a variety of people.
I hope you are able to overcome public speaking anxiety and become
more confident when speaking in front of a large group.
Topic 4 : The ways to protect the enviroment
In our daily life,we all want to protect our environment, but we are too
busy or lazy to put up big change that would save the environment. Here
are some simple ways to protect our environment.
First of all, we should use electricity more efficiently /ɪˈfɪʃntli/. W e need
to turn off all the electric appliances /əˈplaɪəns/ when we don't use them
such as gas stoves,washing machine,lights,fans,air conditioner,etc. We
can use solar energy or wind energy instead of electric energy in our
house. It's an easy habit to take up which will help you save a lot of money and energy.
Secondly,the water is also need to be saved. We must turn off the water
if you don't use them. It can help you save a large portion of water.
Moreover, we can use recycled paper to help save trees and avoid
buying plastic because it’s hard to recycle. We should reuse plastic bags
over and over again, until they wear out. In the other hand, we can plant
more trees where we live or participate in tree planting volunteer work.
Protecting forests is also protecting the environment.
Likewise, we should use public transport if we need to go long distance.
We can go to school or go to work on foot, by bike instead of motorbike
or car. I think it is good for our health and economical /ˌekəˈnɒmɪkl/
Protecting the environment is a powerful way to save ourselves and our
future as well. I hope that in the future the earth will be cleaner.
Topic 5: Do you like to meet new people? Think of a person you
really liked when you first met him(her). Why did you like
him(her)? What did you have in common?
Being an extrovert, I love to strike up a friendship with joyful /ˈdʒɔɪ昀氀/
people. They can light up a room and bring happiness to everyone they
meet. They have so many new stories to tell. Different cultures /ˈkʌltʃə/,
different languages, different opinions, yet we both make attempts /ə
ˈtɛmpts/ to know each other.
Today, I would like to talk about a person whom I met for the first time and got attached /ə tæ t/ ˈ
ʧ to him. That person is Mr. Tien. He is my
friend’s brother. About 6 years ago, I met him at my part-time job on
Ngo Gia Tu street. He came into my workplace one day to eat ice cream
and visit his friend. When a guest accidentally /ˌæk sɪˈdentəli/ bumped
into me and I fell, he immediately/ɪˈmiː diət li/ helped me. T hat time I
met him for the first time. I was impressed by his actions, and he seems
to be a cool guy. It's fantastic; he's so handsome. He is very tall and
white-skinned with square face. He looks so well-built with black hair,
bright black eyes and a straight nose.
After that, we started talking and shared lots of things with each other. I
realize he is a really considerate, courteous /ˈkɜːtiəs/ and witty person.
He has a great sense of humor and makes me laugh all the time during
our conversation. I thought I liked him at the time.
We have many common interests including food, music, movies and travel.
When I asked him about his career, he told me that he is a pastry chef at
Sixsense Ninh Van Bay. Coincidentally /kəʊˌɪnsɪˈdentəli/, I really enjoy
baking. I would learn how to make different kinds of cakes from him.
He became my boyfriend not long after that. Especially, we plan to
travel many places in Vietnam together. After all, I hope that we will be
happy like this for a very long time. Topic: Films
Today, I’m going to talk about a short movie called “ Me, Myself and Irene”. This
movie in the genre of black comedy and satire. It’s about this man who has
multiple personalities. In the beginning, this movie talk about Charlie Baileygates
is a nice cop, who likes to help others in Rhode Island. However, after many times
of being repressed and inhibited because of sadness in the family as well as in
society /sə'saiəti/, Charlie has turned into 2 different people. There are 2
personalities appearing in him, one is the good Charlie, the other is the evil Hank
Evans. In front of the troublesome girl Irene, Charlie's evil personality Hank also
continuously rebelled to gain control of his body. Following that, they both ended
up in dangerous situations, crying and laughing at the same time. Eventually, when
he solved his problems, he was himself. After watching the movie, I felt that if we
bravely face everything in life, we will not suffer because of our multiple personalities.
I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.. NHÁP Long time no see.

Definitely, Yes! I’m keen on traveling around the world because
it’s a very interesting way to learn about new cultures, new languages,
new histories, and explore new places. I often travel with my family and
my boyfriend. Moreover, I prefer to travel during holiday periods
because it gives me the freedom to be myself. I want to go off the beaten
path, I can move away from the crowded city to a quiet place. I can
relax, stress society after long working hours. It’s nice to get away from
everything and to have a change of scenery. Additionally, I like to go
sightseeing. I'm also a foodie, so I would probably go out and have a
taste of local street food. I'm not into stay at home, I probably sleep the
whole day. It makes me bored. But in coronavirus periods, we should
stay at home and save a life, we'll be able to travel after that.

L: Actually, I don’t like to go to the museum. Because it’s so bored. I
don’t feel fascinated about seeing some rise bones on the display.
C: Hm…So what about going theater? Do u like it?
L : Certainly Yes, I like it. Because I can see a big screen, and I'm
starting to feel less stressed after school hours. Are you free next

C: To be honest, I’m not into go picnic. As a result, these day It’s getting
sunny and hot, I will burn my skin. In addition, I don't have enough
money because I don’t go earn my money.
L: How about going shopping? I'm heard that the shop is having a large sale.
C: Why not? I’m crazy about shopping. Definitely, because I’m a girl. I
