First of all, to have an opportunity to experience this internship I would like to
send my thanks to Hoa Sen University and my teachers so that we can have some very
useful experience. And also I especially express heartfelt thanks to my teacher Ms.Vo Thi
Kieu Loan my instructor in this subject, thank you for always side by side and guiding us
during this internship so that we can complete it immaculately.
In addition, I feel very grateful to TTH Investment Trading And Service
Company Limited for let me have a chance to work as a marketing employee. And
sincerely thank your company for giving me a professional working environment with
friendly and comfortable coworkers.

Vy is an excellent intern she is very dynamic always ready to learn new
things. She has the ability to become one of my best employees because she
always listens carefully to what I said. Sometimes she can be very stubborn
and hot-tempered but when I remind her that she needs to calm down and
stay focused on our job, she always receive it willingly. She is very gracious
to her coworkers, and everyone loves her, even me. I think she has the
quality to become a successful businesswoman in the future. I am very glad

Huỳnh Lê Hải Hiền CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1. Information about the internship
Cognitive internship begins from January 11, 2021 and ends on March 5, 2021
due to the schedule that has been set by Hoa Sen University. But since I apply to a
company that is not associated within Hoa Sen, I have been an intern at my company
before this course. My major is English Linguistic, involving marketing and business
administration. So I have been working as an intern marketing employee at one of
the small branch at TTH Investment Trading and Service Company Limited, called Happy House.
Before applying to TTH Investment Trading and Service Company Limited, I
have tried and interview some different places. But in end, I cannot find anywhere
more suitable for me. So I decided to be an intern for TTH to gain more experience
and to prepare myself for reality circumstances. I am very grateful for this
opportunity to uplift my expertise. 1.2. Purposes/Aims
Through this training connective internship, HSU students have the chance to
have practical and expert experience about their major, which they will need for their
future jobs. More over, the Internship also helps me to reinforce my strengths,
improve my weaknesses and social skills to achieve my goals in the future. 1.3. Goals
I have study at Hoa Sen University majoring marketing and business
administration for three years. as a marketing intern at TTH My goals are: 
To become accustomed to the real job and to have good communication skills. 
To be face to face with challenges and improve my speciality. especially business communication. 
To understand the job and built more relationships for the future. 
Last but not least, to have fun and obtain my passion. CHAPTER 2: ORGANIZATION
2.1. General information of TTH and Happy House
- TTH Investment Trading And Service Company Limited is a new investment
company which is established in 2018. They mostly invest in food and beverage field and
open a few restaurant branches in Ho Chi Minh city.
- Happy Steak, recently change its name to Happy House is a restaurant business
model directly under TTH where they served Korean cuisine, especially grilled meat.

2.2. Business activities
Happy House provides foods and drinks, it is a place to hang out with friends or
family, even dating. With a variety of options and many different dishes suitable for
different guests of all age. Opens from morning to late night, serves breakfasts to dinners,
Happy House committed to serving only the best quality food and bring joys to
customers. They considered customers are one of the most important factors in
their business so they always listen to customer feedbacks, even good or bad. 2.3. Company structure
Below is the company structure of Happy House. It is divided into three main
departments which is Accounting, Marketing and Human Resources.
By now, Happy House had 2 branches, one located in Tan Phu district and the other in
Tan Binh district. The structure below is used for all business models directly under TTH

CHAPTER 3: POSITION AND TASKS
3.1. Working Department and Position
During the cognitive internship at TTH Investment Trading And Service
Company Limited, I work at Happy House as an intern marketing employee. I have
received a lot of guide and help from my manager, also is my supervisor, Mr. Huynh Le Hai Hien.
On the first day, I had a discussion with Mr. Hien, he informed me about the
company rules, specific job description, my responsibilities and tasks throughout the
internship as well as a cursory instruction.
I worked at Happy House on office hours from Monday to Friday, starting from
9am to 5pm. We are allowed to have lunch breaks from 11:30am to 1pm (1 and a half
hour). Happy House did not insisted on wearing uniform, we can wear casual clothes as
long as it is suitable for work place. As an intern marketing employee, I need to have my
personal laptop to bring to work but most task can be done by phone so personal laptop is optional.
3.2. Tasks/Projects during the internship
First task: Before I can do anything, Mr Hien wants me to know how to manage
a Facebook fanpage, for example: Reply messages, reply customer comments, how to
make it interesting...etc. For me, it was quite interesting because I like to learn more
about social media and it was an easy job since I am very active on social apps.
Second task: After about two weeks since I got the first task, I was required to be
the one who is in charge of replying customer comments and also messages. I must learn
how to talk with a stranger, through a screen, without making them feel unwelcome or
unpleasant. Furthermore, I have to learn how to convince not only customers but also
business partners because we are a joint-stock company. It was not a simple task as I
think before, I have learnt to do a presentation by word and face to face at Hoa Sen
University but never by messages. It was my first time doing it, it is quite difficult but in
the end I have succeed and learn new things.
Third task: The next task that I was assigned is harder, this task has to be
monitored by my supervisor, Mr Hien. My job is to schedule some meetings with clients
after convince them to consider about cooperation. After that, I have to compose some
contracts, my supervisor help me a lot in this process because it is my first experience.
Last step is to be a secretary along with my manager, Mr Hien, to go to meet our clients.
Despite the fact that it was my first experience, I feel quite comfortable and confident to
accomplish this task. Mr Hien said that I have a good social skill and I can integrate very well.
Final task: This last task is rather easy but demands precision and revises by my
supervisor. I would need to write a sample Facebook posts on my company fanpage, it
took me a few weeks until I can write an appropriate post so that Mr Hien would not have
to revise it before I upload it. Furthermore, learning how to run ads effectively is also
very important because it will show the results most clearly.
CHAPTER 4: WORKING ENVIRONMENT
4.1. Working Environment
From the first interviewed day at the head office of Happy House 458 Tan Son
Nhi, district Tan Phu, I have a sensational feeling that I would fit in this place quite well.
My work place is an open office, where all departments sit close together, it brings a
family feeling. With printing machine, conditioners, refrigerator, hot and cold water
machine…etc and my favorite, coffee machine; our office is fully equipped for the best
working feeling. It is extremely comfortable to me because I do not like working in a
closed office, it makes me feel cramped and unease. Therefore, even though the work
was hard, stressful, all employees felt very comfy and happier to work as well as bring
effectiveness. Although the internship was short, I have created a very attached
relationship to my coworkers, especially my supervisor, Mr Hien. They love me and
always help me whenever I needed, they are always enthusiastic, funny, friendly, it gives
me a feeling like family, they are my big sisters and brothers. Therefore, I am very
grateful and honour to have an opportunity to work at Happy House and TTH Investment
Trading And Service Company Limited.
4.2. Relationship with supervisor and coworkers
I have a special bond with my coworkers and especially my supervisor/manager
Mr Huynh Le Hai Hien. After working hours, my coworkers usually ask me to have
dinner with them, we hangout outside office a lot. Like I have said above, they are like
family and I was surprised that I got along with them so quickly. Before the internship, I
really do not like working in offices, but working at here made me changed my mind, it
was completely different to what I have thought. It is quite sad that the internship has
ended, I will miss everyone very much, they left me delightful experiences and
memories. I honestly do not think that I can find another place like Happy House, true as its name.
CHAPTER 5: SELF-EVALUATION
During this internship, I have comprehended a lot of lessons and experiences.
Through every task that I was assigned, I always push myself to the limit with all my
ability. I am surprised and very proud of myself even though I still have many
weaknesses because this is my first time working at a professional environment. At first I
was rather slow but day by day, I have improved myself and always done my task most
effectively as I can. After the internship, I have come to a list of my strengths and
weaknesses with my supervisor judgments: Strengths: 
Quick learner, easily adapt to the environment 
Good social skills and communication skills 
Patience when working with coworkers 
Enthusiastic, various good ideas Weaknesses: 
Sometimes become impatient and hot tempered  A little forgetful 
Sometimes can be stubborn and conservative
I know my weaknesses are directly related to my personality and it is very hard to change
but nothing is impossible, as my supervisor said I am very adaptable, I will change
myself to be the best version of me. I hope that in near future, I will turn my weaknesses
into strengths and do better in all things.
CHAPTER 6: RECOMMENDATIONS For company:
Happy House and TTH Investment Trading And Service Company Limited have
already been a perfect place for intern, good environment, good coworkers and good
supervisor is all an intern can expect. Even though it is not in Hoa Sen University
internship route, I was very lucky to found out a place that is suit me most. The amount
of work at Happy House is a lot but quite easy and not too stressful and it will be better if
the company could reduce the work for each employee so that they can do their best.
For Hoa Sen University and future interns:
My recommend is The Faculty should organize more meetings and subject
instructors for students to connect and can easily solve problems when we need help.
Furthermore, each meetings and instructors should have a limit number of students
attendance to avoid overload for students, especially instructors.
For future interns, I highly recommend that you should take the initiative in
finding company to intern. It is very important that you believe and be confident in
yourself, show the company your best performance. Do not afraid to ask when you need
or when you did something wrong. Confidence is the key to success. Wish you the best luck. CHAPTER 7: CONCLUSION
In conclusion, during seven weeks of internship, I have learnt many lesson and
experiences that I will need in the future. I can see clearly my strengths and weaknesses
to improve myself everyday. I am very grateful for this opportunity, I have change a lot
after this internship, I can feel the different after going through seven short weeks, I have
found my passion, my value and my will to learn.
Moreover, all the goals that I set before the internship, I can proudly say that I
have achieved them. I still have weaknesses but being able to accomplish the goals made
me have the motivation to do better in the future. Once again, I want to send my thanks
and gratitude to Hoa Sen University, Happy House, TTH Investment Trading and Service
CO. LTD, Mr Huynh Le Hai Hien (my supervisor) and Ms Vo Thi Kieu Loan (my
