A. CẤU TRÚC ĐỀ NGHỊ - "SUGGEST" 1. Cấu trúc:
S + suggest + V-ing: Đề nghị cùng làm việc gì
S + suggest + (that) + S + (should) + V (nguyên thể): Đề nghị người khác nên làm gì 2. Ví dụ:
- My mother suggested going to see the doctor.
(Mẹ tôi gợi ý đi khám bác sĩ.)
- The professor suggested that the students should read a number of books before the exam.
(Giáo sư khuyên sinh viên nên đọc sách trước kì thi.)
A. OBJECTIVE PASSIVE (CÂU BỊ ĐỘNG KHÁCH QUAN) 1. Cấu trúc:
It + be + Ved/PII + that + S +V 2. Cách dùng: -
Sử dụng câu bị động khách quan để thể hiện ý kiến của người khác (Chủ thể thường là đối tượng
chung chung, không cụ thể) -
Được sử dụng với những động từ mang nghĩa báo cáo như: say (nói), think (nghĩ), believe (tin
rằng), know (biết), hope (hi vọng), expect (mong chờ), report (tường thuật), understand (hiểu), etc.
Ví dụ 1: It is thought that Da Nang is the most liveable city in Vietnam.
(Có người nghĩ rằng Đà Nẵng là thành phố đáng sống nhất ở Việt Nam.)
Trong câu trên không xác định rõ ràng ai là người nghĩ như vậy nên nó mang tính khách quan.
Ví dụ 2: It is reported that thousands of visitors come to enjoy breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay every year.

3. Cách chuyển từ câu chủ động sang câu bị động khách quan
People/they + think/say/suppose/believe/consider/report…..+ that + clause
⟶ It+ to be + thought/said/ supposed/believed/considered/reported…+ that + clause Hoặc
⟶ S + to be + thought/ said/supposed… + to + V-inf Ví dụ:
People say he is a good teacher. (Nhiều người nói rằng anh là một nhà giáo tốt) ⟶
It’s said that he’s a good teacher.
⟶ He is said to be a good teacher. C/PRACTICE
