INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS -
This group project has been delivered and explained to students since the first week of lecture -
Students are required to upload the powerpoint of your assignment to the google drive for
lecturer’s material assessment. PROJECT SCENARIO
Student will be arranged into groups of 6-7 members. No

presentation and divided into 02 groups. Each group will do a

Each student is required to write the
followings and select one of these options :
1. Write 10 facebook status with SEO keywords and hashtags
2. Write 01 PR Articles (2,500 words)
3. Write a press release to solve out the crisis (minimum 01 page)

Your group is required to do select
one corporate crisis. Then apply the following model and prepare a
presentation. You are required to do
social media plan to solve out the crisis.
APPENDIX 1: GROUP PRESENTATION Group 1-
1. What is social media ? What is organic and paid media?
2. Provide the examples of different audiences that are attracted to Facebook, Linkedin, and
Twitter. What are the benefits and limitations of organization utising facebook, linkedin, Twitter social media channel.
3. What is content marketing plan? With your content plan, how to create a customer engagement plan. Group 2
1. What is social media metrics? List out some metrics that you have researched and
advantages and disadvantages of each metric
2. How many types of content on social media? List out each popular content that are
available on Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram.
3. How to build social community ? how to increase the engagment of social community? Group 3
1. List out the basic steps to build social commerce?
2. Explain how social media can increase traffic to your company website?
