Topic 4 ->7: Happy memory (tùy đề mà thay từ hợp lí)
One of my happiest memories was when I went to the beach with my family last
summer. It was a sunny and warm day, and the sky was blue and clear. We drove
for two hours to get to the beach, and we listened to our favorite songs on the way.
When we arrived, we found a nice spot to set up our picnic. We had breads, fruits
and drinks, and they were delicious and refreshing. After eating, we played in the
sand and built a big castle. We also collected some shells and stones as souvenirs.
Then we went to the water and swam and splashed around. The water was cool and
refreshing, and we had so much fun. We stayed at the beach until the evening, and
we watched the sunset together. It was a beautiful and colorful sight. I was so
happy because I spent a wonderful day with my family, and we enjoyed the nature.
It was a perfect day that I will always remember. Topic 8:

300 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
Fresh herbs (coriander, mint, basil, etc.)
Bean sprouts, lime wedges, chili, hoisin sauce, etc. for serving Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add beef bones and boil for 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse the bones. Clean the pot and return the bones to it.

blackened, about 15 minutes. Add them to the pot with the bones.
3. Add cinnamon, star anise, cloves, cardamom, salt, fish sauce, and sugar to
the pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 2 hours,
skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
4. Strain the broth and keep it hot. Discard the bones and spices.

6. Divide the noodles among four large bowls. Top with beef slices and pour
hot broth over them. The beef will cook in the hot broth.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with bean sprouts, lime wedges, chili, hoisin sauce, etc. Tips:
To avoid overcooking the beef, slice it very thinly and freeze it for 15 minutes before serving.
To avoid soggy noodles, rinse them under cold water and drain well. Reheat
them in the microwave or in boiling water before serving Topic 9: Spaghetti Bolognese Ingredients: 250 grams of spaghetti 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 500 grams of ground beef 1 can of tomato sauce 2 teaspoons of dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste
