Articles are wonderful source of information and I am an avid reader of editorials published on the
internet. So today I’d take this opportunity to talk about a article that I’ve read few days backhealth
Describe an article on health you read on magazine or the
Internet
You should say:
What it was
Where you read it
Why you read it
And how you felt about it
What it was + When u read
Im going to talk about an article that I've read quite recently. It's about how to stick to your exercise
routine and it has had great impact on me.
I recently read an article on this medical news channels that I follow online I talked about how to stick to
your exercise routine.
If l'm not mistaken, I read it just 1 month ago. At the time, my city was in lockdown again so I had to stay
home for my safety and also for the sake of society. I was pretty bored at that time so I went online to
find sth interesting to let my hair down and fortunately, I came across this helpful article
Specifically, it mentioned popular mistakes that beginners tend to make when they first start trying to
incorporate exercise into their daily lives. So the first mistake is that beginners try to tackle too much at
once. that's to say, for example if your goal is to exercise two hours every day ,you shouldn't start out
with two hours you should start at maybe half an hour and then work your way up to two hours slowly.
however beginners try to do too much all at once. this exerts their body, they feel very tight the next day
and they're really tempted to give up. This is why they can't exercise regularly. Another mistake that
beginners usually make is that they don't value the importance of consistency For example if your goal is
to exercise two hours every day and you only manage to find time to exercise for maybe an hour that day
beginners may feel like this is not enough, this day doesn't count and that happens again and again and
after a while they just feel tempted to give up. in other words they're too hard on themselves. However
the article that I read pointed out that actually one hour of exercise is better than no exercise at all. So
it's actually quite important and quite good to exercise every day even if you don't manage to reach the
level of exercise that you wanted.
I personally feel like it was a really good article because I personally definitely am someone who is very
inflexible and rigid and I'm really hard on myself, when I do not meet the goals that I've set for myself.

however the articles helped me realize that oh actually I can go easy on myself and exercise as much as I
can and that is enough
It was an How To article about the ways we can shed some weight and look charming. It
talked about the benefits of balanced diet, how to keep cholesterol under control and most
importantly the article shared a 30 days diet-plan (about and what not to) to what to eat look
lean & healthy. Undoubtedly, the content was and .powerful engaging
n my opinion, it is not the government’s responsibility to make people have a healthier life. It is
everyone’s obligation to take care of their physical and mental health in the first place. Our body is not
owned by the government, it is ours, it is our temple, so people should not pass the buck to the
government to improve their health. That is stupidity and being irresponsible. However, what I think the
government can help is imposing higher taxes on junk food and drinks, they can encourage people
eat healthier. Or they might run a campaign on mass media and social media to raise public
awareness of the issue. Most importantly, it’s their responsibility to enforce the laws and create a
safe and clean environment for all citizensbut then again, it is all up to people whether or not they
make use of those facilities to keep themselves fit.
) Do you think people have become more health-conscious in recent
years?
In my opinion, many people are more concerned about living a healthy
lifestyle than, say, ten years ago and understand how to stay fit and healthy.
Lots of adults of all ages go to the gym, cycle to work, jog in their spare time
or have taken up a sport. The shops seem to offer more healthy eating options
every week so the demand is obviously there.
On the other hand, I heard on the news that over 70% of the population of my
country is so most people aren’t taking good care of their . overweight health
There are lots of programmes on TV about related health problems
to and how to change your life and get healthier, so I have to obesity
conclude that people are more conscious of these days but health issues
that many choose to do nothing to improve them.
In my opinion, schools should expose or make their students engaged in
physical activities such as playing sports, dancing, or exercising. As we know,
these activities require students to move their body as a result they become

more physically active, and for sure these make them healthy. As the school is
the second place after homes where children can learn the importance of
having good health, each school must have a curriculum that requires children
to participate in physical education activities and learn the value of eating
right.
