these two offer advantageous impacts in society. Spoken communication allows people to
convey the message in a short and simple way. Obviously, resuming the information enact
interlucator easily understand the main ideas of the speakers. Another thing to consider is that
the speaking method enables one to express their emotions. As communication means opinion,
it would be more lively and persuasive if people use body language or facial reactions while
talking. In contrast, written communication also offers positive effects to users. With this
method, individuals could perfect their writing skill. To exemplify, there are many writing
regulations such as using punctuation or not to use abbreviated letters which trains writers to
create accurate and polite essays in formal occasions. Moreover, written letters are able for
individuals to represent respect towards receivers as they might spend time elaborating each
sentence. As a consequence, the interlocutor could be impressed by the sincerity of the sender.
In conclusion, every coin has its two sides, each method of communication generates
advantages for users in its own way that people could use them flexibly in each specific
situation.
