spirit. There are several styles of music such as: pop, hip-hop, ballad, 
country and so on. Listening to music has become a familiar hobby 
for people of all nationalities and ages. You know, music has lots of 
benefits and now, I introduce some benefits of music: 
Overall, music has beneficial effects in pain relief. Listening to music 
can reduce sensation caused by physical pain and depression. 
Therefore, music therapy has been applied together with medication

Music helps people improve the mood, it can expect positive 
influence on our mental health and escape from the hustle and bustle 
life. Music let me relax and reduce to stress after a long and hard 
working day. For example, when having problems in life, you should 
listen to favourite music and them make a decision.(ý)
Listening to music helps sleep deeper. If you spend 30 to 45 minutes 
before bed each night helps you fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply 
and comfortably in the morning. By the way Pregnant mothers often 
let their children listen to symphonic music to help increase 
intelligence from babies. Music also help increase creativity, the
