Today, I’d like to talk about an invention that is very useful to
humans. It’s the smartphone, invented in the early 21st century. A
smartphone is a portable device that combines the functions of a
phone, camera, and computer. It helps us communicate, search for
information, and use many applications. It also allows users to
connect to the internet, take photos, and perform various tasks. The
smartphone is one of the greatest inventions, making life much more convenient.
TOPIC 2. Imagine you are planning to take a space holiday on Mars.
Today, I’d like to talk about a space holiday on Mars. I am going to
Mars with my best friend next year. We are planning to take clothes,
food, and a camera. We are going to fly in a spaceship, see stars. I
would like to explore and take pictures. Mars is a big adventure for us.
I feel a little nervous but mostly joyful. It’s a dream come true for us. I

Today, I like to talk about a retired person I know. He is a
grandfather. After he retired, he started gardening, walking in the
morning, and helping at a charity. His life is very different now. He has
more free time to enjoy his hobbies, stay healthy, and help people. This

I’d like to talk about my personal future plan. My personal future
plan is to get good marks in my final English exam. Every day, I
spend about 30 minutes practicing English to improve my listening
skills. I also read on websites like "Ello" and "BBC Learning English"
to get better. Sometimes, my friend and I talk online or meet at school
to study together. I will write about the topics my teacher assigns. I
believe that if I try hard, I can get good marks.

Today, I’d like to talk about my life now and my life five years
ago. Five years ago, when I was still in secondary school, I was quite
stubborn and immature. I was shorter than my mother, at 157 cm tall,
and had short hair. I liked to wear jeans. But now, I have changed a
lot. I’m more mature, hard-working, and organized. I prefer wearing
dresses instead of jeans and now have long, curly hair. My life is
busier now; I get up early to attend university and work part-time at a
coffee shop. I’m happy with the changes I’ve made over the past five years.

The person I am closet to in my family is my sister. She has a kind
personality, always listening and helping me when I need. She is very
hardworking and patient, which I admire. She is about 165cm and
always speaks confidently with others. I am close to her because we
share everything together, from happy moments to tough times. She
always understand me, I trust her the most

My favourite soap opera is “ Days of our lives” . It a about the
lives and problems of people living in a town called salem. There are
many love stories, family problems, and surprising events that happen
in the show. I like it because the story exciting and full of surprises.
The character are interesting, and the mix of romance and drama keeps
me watching. It’s always fun to see what will happen next
TOPIC 8. Talk about a holiday that you’re planning to take

I’m planning a holiday to Japan next spring. I’ll stay for about two
weeks, starting in Tokyo and then travelling to Kyoto and Osaka. In
Tokyo, I want to visit Tokyo Tower, Senso-ji Temple, and enjoy sushi
and ramen. In Kyoto, I’ll explore Kinkaku-Ji and Fushimi Inari- taishas
and experience traditional tea ceremonies. Finally, in Osaka, I’ll try
takoyaki and okonomiyaki and visit universal studios Japan. This trip will

TOPIC 9. Describe a hotel that you have stayed in

Last summer, I stayed at the Grand Ocean Hotel, a beautiful place
located right by the beach. The Hotel had many modern facilities,
including a large swimming pool, a well - equipped gym, and a
luxurious spa. Near the hotel, there were several restaurants and cafes
where you could enjoy walk away. I really enjoyed my stay because the
staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. It was the perfect getaway for a short vocation.
TOPIC 10. Talk about a holiday that you had a bad experience

Two years ago, I went on holiday to a small town in the mountains.
Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t what I hoped for. The weather
was bad, and it rained all week. The hotel we booked wasn’t clean, and
the service was poor. We also had trouble finding good restaurants in
the area, and there weren't many activities to do, which made the trip
feel boring. Overall, it was a disappointing holiday that I wouldn’t want to repeat.
TOPIC 11. Describe your house

My house is located in the countryside, about 5 kilometers away

and a spacious yard. The house has four rooms : a living room, three
bedrooms , and a kitchen. Behind the house, there’s a small garden
where my family grows vegetables and fruit trees. Although the house
it not as modern as those in the city, it has all the necessary amenities
like electricity, water, and internet. I really like my house because the
countryside air is fresh, quiet, and I feel relaxed every time I come home after busy working days.
TOPIC 12. Talk about the last time you had a meal with friends

The last time I had a meal with friends was about two month ago. We
gathered at my friend Sarad house, and she prepared a lovely dinner for
us. For starters, we had a light salad, followed by grilled chicken and
vegetables as the main course. For dessert, she made a delicious
chocolate cake. The meal was great, but what made it even better was
the lively conversation and laughter we shared. It was a memorable
evening, and I felt really happy to spend time with my friends.
TOPIC 13. Describe a city that you know well

Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a lively city with a lot of history. It
has beautiful old streets and famous places like the One Pillar Pagoda
and Ngoc Son Temple. There are also modern buildings and shopping

The street food is amazing, with dishes like pho, bun cha, and banh mi
that everyone loves. Markets like Dong Xuan are great for exploring
and shopping. I really like Hanoi because it mixes old and new so well.
The city’s energy and culture make every visit special and fun.

A problem I face every day is traffic jams. I live in a busy city, so
the roads are always crowded. It takes a long time to travel, especially
during rush hour. This makes me feel stressed and sometimes late for
work. To fix this, I leave home early and use apps to check traffic.
Even with these efforts, it is still a daily challenge for me.
TOPIC 15. Describe an annoying neighbour

My annoying neighbor is an old man who lives next door. He plays
loud music almost every evening, making it hard for me to relax after
work. I have asked him polite to turn down the volume, but he doesn’t
listen. To deal with this, I wear headphones or go for a walk until the
noise stops. It makes me feel upset, but I try to stay calm. I hope one
day he will be more thoughtful
